That’s true Michelle. Sometimes we don’t like it but there you are .. it is often (in my experience) the things we don’t like that make us face the fact that change is inevitable and fighting against it only makes it worse. You can wallow or you can stand up and walk towards something else. The sense of empowerment that comes from moving forward (or even sideways if necessary) is always worth it. xo
