Imagine if you can for a minute Dear One (longer if possible), things exactly as you want them to be.
Don’t just think about it. Picture it in your mind. Feel it in your heart. Allow yourself to really go there.
- What does it feel like?
- What does it look like?
- What does it sound, smell and taste like?
Are you seeing it? Are you feeling it? Are you excited about it? Are you enjoying the imagined experience of it?
If so, you have just done more in that one minute (or longer) to bring yourself closer to having it, then all of the efforts you have exerted up until now trying to create it for yourself focused on not having it.
