On: Getting in the drivers seat

By |2013-08-13T23:31:48-04:00August 13th, 2013|English|

Enough is enough Dear One.

  • If you want change, change
  • If you want love, love
  • If you want respect, respect
  • If you want to heal, allow healing, strength and well being to dominate every word you speak, every thought you think, and every action you take

Make the decision in your heart first Dear One, commit to taking action on its behalf, and then watch as the universe yields to its every whim.

Contrary to how it might feel to you at times Dear One, you should know that it is you, your heart, that is commanding the actions of universe and not the other way around.

On: Your job

By |2013-08-12T23:31:26-04:00August 12th, 2013|English|

You are most powerful as a creator Dear One, when you are enjoying the experience of imagining things just as you would like them to be.

Much more so then when you are fretting about the details of how you are going to try and make it all happen.

Your job as a creator is to imagine, enjoy, choose (act), allow, and imagine some more.

It is the universes job to take care of all the rest.

If you want to do your job well today Dear One, stop worrying about the details and allow yourself to get back to the task of imagining all that you want and enjoying yourself in the process, as quickly as you possibly can.

Remember, you’re on the clock.

On: Reducing stress

By |2013-08-11T22:16:50-04:00August 11th, 2013|English|

The idea of being overwhelmed Dear One, the anticipation of not being able to handle it all, is far more stressful then the actual stress of completing all of the tasks before you.

Truly.

So what are you to do?

Eliminate the anticipation.

  • Instead of telling yourself “I can’t”, tell yourself “I can”
  • Instead of telling yourself “it’s going to be a nightmare”, tell yourself  “everything is going to run smoothly”
  • Instead of telling yourself  “I don’t have all the answers”, tell yourself  “I know all of the answers will come to me”

And believe it.

Do this Dear One and you will be reducing most of the stress of your day before you even dig in and take on the first task.

And trust us, you will be a whole lot more efficient, effective and productive as a result. Not to mention a whole lot happier too.

On: No judgment needed

By |2013-08-09T23:33:19-04:00August 9th, 2013|English|

It’s ok feel scared Dear One.

It’s ok to feel frightened.

It’s ok to feel arrogant, petty, angry, or jealous.

It is ok to feel whatever it is that you are feeling in any given moment.

Truly it is.

We are ok with you.

You should be too.

Experience the emotion Dear One.   Let it come.

  • Observe it.
  • Acknowledge it.
  • Feel it.
  • And let it go.

Judgment is not a necessary part of the equation.

Remember Dear One, an emotion is something that you feel, it is not something that defines who you are.

On: Making promises

By |2013-08-07T23:07:59-04:00August 7th, 2013|English|

Don’t promise that you won’t give up Dear One – Promise that you’ll always do your best.

Don’t promise that you won’t be afraid – Promise to trust that all will be well.

Don’t promise that you won’t hate anymore – Promise that you’ll forgive

Don’t promise to stop doing that which you know does not serve you anymore – Promise to love and care for yourself, no matter what.

While they both may result in you choosing the same behavior, the difference between the two Dear One, is night and day.

On: Choosing effortlessly

By |2013-08-07T00:05:25-04:00August 7th, 2013|English|

If you don’t want it anymore Dear One, if you don’t like it anymore, stop choosing it, (over and over again).

You don’t need to push it away, shove it out, or try to force it out of sight and out of mind to get rid of it.  In fact, you really don’t need to exert any effort at all.

You simply need to stop choosing it.

Remember that you aren’t just choosing with your actions. You are choosing with your thoughts, with your beliefs, and with the focus of your attention.

We know that there are so many things in this life that you are looking forward to Dear One, that you want to experience, hold-on to, and create more of for yourself, so why give even one more minute of your attention to anything else?

On: Being prepared

By |2013-08-04T23:45:32-04:00August 4th, 2013|English|

Decide right now how you are going to approach the day Dear One.

Decide right now what your attitude is going to be.

  • Are you going to approach it with excitement or dread?
  • With faith or fear?
  • With strength or weakness?
  • With compassion or anger?
  • With hatred or forgiveness?
  • With self-love or self-loathing?
  • With an open heart or a closed one?

Now is the time to make up your mind.

You don’t yet know what the day is going to bring you.  But you can be certain that you are not going to get to choose all of the people, events and circumstances that are going cross your path.

But that is no reason for you to get caught off guard.

Be prepared.

The choices that you get to make and the things that you have control over, are infinitely more powerful and influential in shaping and determining the course and quality of your life, then those that you have no control over ever will be.

On: Restoring balance

By |2023-06-06T22:04:13-04:00August 4th, 2013|English|

The single most important thing that you can do for yourself in this moment Dear One, is to restore balance, to allow balance to be restored.

This should be your top priority until it has once again been achieved.

You do this one conscious choice at a time.

How?

Before you do anything else, remember to ask yourself this:

Will this choice, will this action, will this meal, will this drink, will this purchase, will this person, will this conversation, will this decision, bring me closer to achieving balance in my life or carry me farther away from it?

If you choose to move towards balance Dear One, intentionally, every time, it will not be long until you are once again experiencing it.
