How do you move past it, Dear One?  How do you let it go and move on once and for all?

The answer to that is easy.

You don’t.

You move past it one day, one choice, one moment at a time.

On: Welcoming challenges

Did you ever ask yourself where would you be without challenges Dear One?

Challenges push you, pull you, bend you, throw you, turn you inside out. And when you choose to take them on, motivate you like nothing else.

When you are faced with a challenge, and you choose to take it on, you push yourself beyond your own comfort level, you generate new energy, you discover creative solutions, you seek out help and make new connections , and sometimes even sever old ones. You generate passion and courage for yourself to do something that you have never done before, to face something that frightens you, to create something new.

Can you think of any other thing that propels you forward like this besides a challenge?

It can be done. We know it’s possible. We know you can do it.  But do you? If there was no urgent need that threatened your comfort, your security, your pride, your sense of self, would you push yourself beyond your edges to grow?

If you decide that the answer is yes, then you will no longer need challenges to be a catalyst for growth in your life Dear One. You will instead let love, curiosity, passion, a desire to experience change and motion be your motivator and propel you to identify and confront your fears head on, to push you to grow, to show you what your limits are and catapult you past them.

Challenges are just a tool Dear One. And an effective one at that.  Try to see them as such.  Let them serve you, not unnerve you.  And if you want to embrace change without the accustomed aches, pains, turmoil and tumult of a challenge, make a conscious decision to push yourself forward when you are not challenged. Demonstrate to the universe that you are ready to learn another way, and you will be shown one.

On: Right where you are

Be at peace with where you are Dear One – as the place where you are now standing is a pretty remarkable one.
Why?  Because you are there.

You are a blessed being, divine, an expression of spirit in the physical.  Do you have any idea just how remarkable it is to get to be in the physical – on the leading edge of creation – on the leading edge of all that is?  Well, we’ll tell you, it’s pretty remarkable.

There is so much going on around you and within you, in every moment, that we are constantly amazed that you are not constantly amazed.   You have access to an unlimited number of experiences, a constantly changing stream of them; one, and then the next, and then the next – and you have the remarkable ability to contribute to the creation of each one, to allow them or resist them, and to interact with them in any way that you choose.

So now do you understand?

The place that you are standing is a pretty remarkable one. Why?  Because you are there.

On: Moving with intention

Just like you use your feet to move your physical body in the direction that you want to travel Dear One, we would like to encourage you to use your thoughts to move your emotional and spiritual body in much the same way.

If you wanted to go uptown to see a movie, you would not leave your home and start traveling downtown and assume that if you continued on in this direction you would eventually arrive at your desired destination, would you?

  • If you want to be stronger, choose thoughts that make you feel more powerful, not ones that make you doubt yourself and your abilities.
  • If you want to be braver, choose thoughts that ground you, not ones that make you feel out of control.
  • If you want to be successful, choose thoughts that empower you, not ones that make you feel as if you are incapable.
  • If you want to be desired, choose thoughts that make you feel desirable, not ones that make you feel insecure.
  • If you want to feel more connected, choose thoughts that bring you closer to your source, not ones that hold you apart from it.

Like your feet, your thoughts are powerful conveyors Dear One.

So remember to choose them wisely and with great intention.

On: Your relationship with power

Somedays you will be confident, and somedays you will be insecure. Somedays you will feel pretty and somedays you will feel plain.  Somedays you will be adored, and somedays you will be lonely.  Somedays you will be creative, and somedays you will be dull.  Somedays you will be kind, and somedays you will be cruel. Somedays you will do no wrong, and somedays you will do no right.

But know this Dear One, that in this life that is full of contradictions, full of realities that are true one minute and not true the next, one thing will never stop being true, and that is that you will never stop being powerful.

You can never stop being powerful.  It is who and what you are.

Now you can choose to use your power to create things that you want in this life, or you can choose to use your power to create things that you despise, or fear, or secretly think that you deserve.   But either way Dear One, no matter what, you can never stop being powerful, you can never give your power away, or run out of it, or lose it, or have it taken from you, ever.

You can be tricked into thinking it is gone, you can trick yourself into thinking it is gone too. But regardless of how you feel, what you have been told, or what you believe, you will still be powerful, you will still have the power that creates worlds running through you, at your fingertips, at all times, to do with as you please.  You will still be the one with the pen in your hand, writing your story, creating your world, with every thought that you think, word that you speak,  action that you take, and belief that you hold in your heart.

 

On: Depersonalization

Think about what motivates your own rude, rash, unkind, thoughtless, inconsiderate, impulsive, fearful, or aggressive behavior Dear One.

Is it an intentional desire to hurt, upset, inconvenience, distress, or disrespect those around you, or is it something else?

Just something to think about before you take their words, actions, attitudes, or behaviors to heart.

On: Why things are the way that they are

Things are the way that they are Dear One, because you think the way that you think, because you act the way that you act, because you speak the way that you speak, because you choose the way that you choose, because you live the way that you live.

They are not this way because of anything that we have done to you.

And they are not this way because of anything that they have done to you either.

We hope that this news comes as a relief for you Dear One, because what it means is that if you don’t like things the way that they are, it is well within your power to change them.
