On: Allowing vs Resisting

By |2019-08-10T23:35:40-04:00August 10th, 2019|English|

Take notice, Dear One.

  • Are you allowing love to flow into your life or are you are resisting it, holding yourself apart from it?
  • Are you allowing healing are you are resisting it?
  • Are you allowing abundance or are you are resisting it?
  • Are you allowing well-being or are you are resisting it?
  • Are you allowing joy, happiness, pleasure or are you are resisting them?

If you are not doing one Dear One, you are doing the other.

On: Protecting your heart

By |2019-08-09T23:19:09-04:00August 9th, 2019|English|

The best way to take care of your heart Dear One, to strengthen it, and protect it, is to open it, trust it, and use it, as often as you possibly can.

Closing it off, shutting it down, or trying to shelter it from unwanted feelings will only serve to weaken it in the end, cutting you off from your source, leaving you far more vulnerable to hurt, deception, and negativity, than you would be otherwise.

So the next time you are in a situation where you feel like your heart needs protecting, remember, there is only one thing that you need to do; open it wider.

On: Questioning love

By |2019-08-08T23:24:46-04:00August 8th, 2019|English|

When you find something that you love Dear One, something that allows you to open up to an experience of love, you don’t have to question it, try to understand it, analyze it, doubt it, begin wondering if it is “real”, or how long it will last.

You are allowed to simply enjoy it, without understanding why.

You really are.

On: Your exhaustion

By |2019-08-07T23:24:02-04:00August 7th, 2019|English|

They are not the reason you are exhausted, Dear One.

You are.  You are exhausting yourself by trying to please them, by choosing to prioritize them and their wants, and their needs above your own.

They are not the ones to blame here.  You are doing this all by yourself.

And you can choose to stop doing it anytime that you would like.

On: Your role in healing

By |2019-08-06T23:44:22-04:00August 6th, 2019|English|

Contrary to popular belief (and practice) Dear One, healing does just happen.

Your very vital and active role in the process is to create an environment, both internally and externally, that will allow it to happen.

And if you should need them, the doctors, counselors, teachers, or healer’s role, is to help you to do it.

On: Getting enough love

By |2019-08-06T00:17:10-04:00August 6th, 2019|English|

Love is an inside job Dear One.   Totally and completely.

Experiencing it, enjoying it, feeling as though you have enough of it in your life, has very little to do with them, with their thoughts, feelings, actions, beliefs, and behavior towards you, and everything to do with you.

If you are not open to it, if your heart is not open to receiving love, if you don’t practice loving yourself and others, you will never feel it, you will never feel as if you have enough of it in your life, no matter how much they love you, no matter how often they tell you, no matter how many different ways they try to show you.

But, if you are open to it Dear One, if you open your heart to the experience of love, to the love that exists all around you, that is flowing to you and through you at all times, you will never be without it, you could never be without it, you will never know the experience of feeling a lack of it in your life again.

On: Why be you

By |2019-08-04T23:01:12-04:00August 4th, 2019|English|

Just in case you needed it Dear One, here is one more reason why no matter what, under any circumstance, you should always be yourself.

Because the reality of you, of who you are, is and always will be infinitely more powerful, more likable, more effective, more creative, more beautiful, more everything, than any illusion of you ever could be.

And the truth of it is that whether they admit it or not (to you or to themselves),  the people that you are putting on the act for can tell the difference anyway.

On: Who dunnit?

By |2019-08-03T23:44:43-04:00August 3rd, 2019|English|

  • Who said that you were not worthy Dear One?
  • Who said that your opinion didn’t count?
  • Who said that you were less important?
  • Who said that you were not worth it?
  • Who said that you could never do it?

And who chose to believe that they were right?

On: Feeling like you have no choice

By |2019-08-02T23:37:13-04:00August 2nd, 2019|English|

Fear is not a choice Dear One.

Anger is not a choice either.

Neither is resentment, guilt, hatred, doubt, insecurity, remorse, jealousy, lust, or despair.

They are all feelings.

And feelings do not dictate actions Dear One.

Your choices do.

On: Your highest priority

By |2019-08-01T23:36:47-04:00August 1st, 2019|English|

Whatever your priorities are Dear One, regardless of how long your list is, we implore you to please add one more; make enjoying the process, enjoying the path, one of them.

Prioritize it just as high, or even higher than achieving your goals.

That way, win or lose, success or failure, victory or defeat, you come out on top.

So what do you think? Can you make room for one more?
