On: Eliminating blame
If you take responsibility Dear One, there will be no one to blame.
Are you ready for that?
If you take responsibility Dear One, there will be no one to blame.
Are you ready for that?
If someone is not living up to your expectations of them Dear One, instead of being disappointed, instead of trying to change them, instead of trying to fix them, instead of trying to force yourself to not care in order to put an end to your unhappiness, why not simply change your expectation of them instead?
Now, wouldn’t that be easier?
Please remember Dear One, that having a bad feeling is not a valid excuse for making a bad choice.
Thank you!
The notice of these things can be an opportunity for judgment or an opportunity for gratitude.
Hold yourself up against nothing and no one and judgment becomes impossible Dear One .
Take notice. And choose gratitude.
Why struggle, when you can allow Dear One?
Why pretend when you can be truthful?
Why fight when you can accomplish so much more by connecting?
Why be hard on yourself, when you can choose to be loving, caring, nurturing, and supportive of yourself instead?
You can’t stop all hurts from ever reaching you Dear One, but you can stop making them worse for yourself when they do.
What is it that you are going to choose to talk about today Dear One?
The story that you tell is the story that you create.
So, think first and decide before you speak Dear One, what it is that you want to create for yourself today.
When what you want is not what is showing up for you Dear One, a simple misalignment may be all there is to blame.
How do you know if this is the case?
Ask yourself if your actions, thoughts and beliefs are in alignment with your desires.
And remember:
Do you trust yourself enough to really let go, to follow your heart and see where it will take you?
If yes, what are you waiting for?
If no, what are you waiting for?
Will you be a creator or a victim of your circumstance today Dear One?
Which you choose is up to you.
But we just really wanted you to remember that there is a choice to be made.
There is no beginning, middle and end to you Dear One.
You are, always have been and always will be all of these things all the time Dear One, regardless of how you feel, regardless of how you look, regardless of what you say, think, do, or believe.
There is just no escaping it.
