On: Unfamiliar territory

By |2021-07-11T22:42:06-04:00July 11th, 2021|English|

Finding yourself in unfamiliar territory is actually a good thing Dear One.

It means that things are moving, shifting, changing, evolving.

Instead of getting distressed about it, questioning it,  and exerting your time and energy trying to figure out how to get yourself back out of it, give yourself a minute to adjust, look around and explore this new space, because chances are that when you do, you will discover that you are standing exactly where you need to be.

On: Your vision

It is the glasses that you choose to wear, that you choose to put on each morning, Dear One, that determines the way that you see the world each day.

You can choose to view the world and all of the people, places, events and circumstances in it through lenses of horror, self-pity, anger, frustration, judgement, disgust, or fear if you want.  Or you can choose to view the world through lenses of compassion, curiosity, optimism, hope, empathy, humor, or love.

Remember that the choice is yours.

You can choose to see things from any perspective that you’d like.  And if you should decide that you don’t like the view that you’ve chosen, if you should find that what you are looking at is not pleasing to you, know that you can change it anytime by simply putting on a different pair of lenses.

On: The impossible

What is the big deal about saying that something is “impossible” Dear One?

We’ll tell you.

Once you decide that it’s impossible, once you say it out loud, once you make up your mind and choose to believe this as your truth, it will become your truth.

On: A life of service

The more creative you are Dear One, the more you trust yourself, follow your heart, and allow yourself to color outside the lines, the more you will be living a life that is of service to life itself.

On: A more personal note

By |2021-07-08T12:35:31-04:00July 7th, 2021|English|

I made a commitment today to being happy.

  • To only make decisions with my heart.
  • To only go towards or keep things in my life that will sustain my happiness.
  • To trust the process more.
  • To have courage.
  • To let go of everything that does not make me happy, including relationships, work and friends.
  • To jump into the flow.

Care to join me?

On: Helping

By |2021-07-07T00:57:29-04:00July 7th, 2021|English|

Just the same way that helping others affords you the opportunity to feel good about yourself Dear One, useful, as if you are serving your life’s purpose, you allowing them to help you when you are in need, does the same for them.

Let them help you when you need it, Dear One.

It’s the only fair thing to do.

On: Ending the mystery

By |2021-07-04T23:25:54-04:00July 4th, 2021|English|

The company that you keep, Dear One, impacts your physical, mental, and emotional health in much the same way that the foods that eat do.

We would love to see you become as selective, aware, and intentional about who you choose to spend your time with, and who you give your time, energy and attention to, as you are about what you choose to consume.

Do this Dear One, and you we think that you will quickly discover that why you feel the way that you do at any given moment in time is really much less of a mystery than you may have originally thought.

On: You

  • Their breath is not your breath
  • Their eyes are not your eyes
  • Their skin is not your skin
  • Their lips are not your lips
  • Their heart is not your heart

Listen to what they have to have to say Dear One, ask for their advice, guidance, support and perspective, consider their point of view — if you think it will help.

But in the end, the experience of it will be yours and yours alone; seen by your eyes, sensed by your skin, touched by your lips, felt by your heart.

In the end, it is not about what they want for you Dear One, it’s about what you want for you – and you are the only one that can decide that.

On: Change is hard enough

By |2021-07-03T01:02:01-04:00July 3rd, 2021|English|

Choosing to change can be hard enough, Dear One, so if you are going to go for it, why not choose to leave the judgment out of it.

What does that mean?

  • It means no beating yourself up for wanting, needing or having to change in the first place, for not doing it sooner, perfectly, or as good as, or better than anyone else.
  • It means no harsh or negative self-talk while you in the middle of it (or at any other time either for that matter).
  • It means no could have’s, should have’s, or would have’s if only I had……
  • It means not using someone’s else’s path, experience, or success as an opportunity to diminish your own.

Think about how much more energy you could put into the process Dear One, you could  have available to you to dedicate to your work, to yourself, to the changes that you are trying to make, if you left the judgment out.

Trust us.  It’s a lot.
