On: How to begin again
Take a deep breath in, let it out, and begin again.
Starting over can be as easy as that, Dear One, if you let it be.
Take a deep breath in, let it out, and begin again.
Starting over can be as easy as that, Dear One, if you let it be.
There are many things in this world that you can’t control, Dear One.
But your thoughts are not one of them.
If the one that you are thinking right now is not pleasing to you, does not feel good, is not causing you joy, we want to remind you that you can take charge, and choose another.
Some thoughts can be so overwhelming, so all encompassing, so powerful that it can be easy to forget that you are choosing them.
But make no mistake, Dear One, you are.
The only way to experience change, Dear One, to get somewhere you have never been before, is to choose to do something you have never done before, to say something you have never said before, to try something you have never tried before, to walk a path you have never walked before, to trust, have faith, be brave, leap.
We know that you know this already.
But we thought that you could use the reminder.
If you want something to be different today, Dear One, do something differently.
If you truly understood, Dear One, just how extremely powerful, amazingly precious, uniquely gifted, and absolutely essential you are, just as you are, you would never again speak another unkind word, think another unkind thought, or do another unkind thing to yourself, ever again.
Take notice of the hands that you are holding onto, Dear One, the connections that you choose to maintain.
If you are not sure, Dear One, let go for a little bit and find out.
It’s important that you know.
If it isn’t clean, cleansing, or nourishing, Dear One, don’t eat it, don’t take it in.
This applies to every consumable in your life; food, information, energy, and people.
Any questions?
You believe that you are broken, Dear One, that you are irrevocably injured, but you are not.
Your “injury” is your mistaken belief that what they think of you is truth. And we are here, telling you now, unequivocally, that it is not.
Remove that thorn, Dear One, sever yourself from that belief, and your wound will mend, your “injury” will heal, and you will feel whole again.
^
YOU, Dear One, who you are, your authentic self, is the greatest gift that you have to give to the world.
You want to know how you can be of greatest service today?
Be you.
Wishing it away, Dear One, praying for it to disappear, hoping that it will exit your life forever, will not bring you any relief, will not change anything in any meaningful way for the better.
But imagining you life without it will!
Can you see and appreciate the difference?
Faith is faith, Dear One. Either you have it or you don’t.
You can’t have just a little bit of faith. It really is an all or nothing type of thing.
So, do you think you’ve got it, or don’t you?
