On: Being loving

By |2023-01-20T22:10:40-05:00January 20th, 2023|English|

Choose to love yourself first. Dear One, and show them how it’s done.

We can think of no more loving gift that you could give them today then to help them to know the experience, the joy, the potential, the pleasure of self-love/self-care.

On: A few very important questions

By |2023-01-19T23:17:28-05:00January 19th, 2023|English|

  • Do you like hiking, gardening, and being outdoors?
  • Do you like movies, theatre, and literature?
  • Does your life have value, meaning and significance?
  • Are you smart enough, strong enough, clever enough, and brave enough?
  • Are you special?  Are you worthy? Do you matter?

What do all of these questions have in common, Dear One?

The answers that you give to them are the only answers that matter.

On: Needing validation

By |2023-01-18T23:00:28-05:00January 18th, 2023|English|

The goal, Dear One, is not to evolve to a place where you no longer need external validation to know, and feel, and own your self-worth.

The goal is to evolve to a place where you know how and where to get it! :)

On: Stopping

By |2023-01-18T01:30:02-05:00January 18th, 2023|English|

It is better to do nothing, Dear One, then it is to move forward in distress, frustration, anger, resentment, insecurity, hatred, or greed.

It is better to create nothing, then it is to create more of that which is unwanted.

On: Knowing your limits

By |2023-01-16T23:07:37-05:00January 16th, 2023|English|

You should know, Dear One, that all of your limits have been taught to you.

Every single one.

Every limit that you think that you have, that you believe in, that you perceive to be true for yourself, has been learned.

A friend, a family member, a boss, a mentor, an enemy, a stranger, a book, a movie, a song, an accident, someone, something, somewhere has led you to believe it was true.

But here’s the thing; it’s not.

The truth is that if you had not been taught otherwise, you would know and believe yourself to be that which you really are – which is limitless.

Want to know the best way to help yourself to unlearn any limiting belief, Dear One?

Test it.

On: Cleaning up

By |2023-01-15T22:12:46-05:00January 15th, 2023|English|

Clean up, Dear One. There is an abundance of “clutter” around you that quite frankly, you would feel so much better without. There is an excess of uncertainty, restraint, and frustration in your life.  There is too much self pity, self-doubt, fear and need for approval.  It will be much easier for you to create the life that want for yourself when your space is not full of all of the things that you don’t want.

Are you ready let go and be rid of these things?  It is easier to do then you might think.

Here is the trick:  Do nothing.  That’s it.   That’s all.  Do nothing and all of the excesses in your life will fade away, diminish, be gone.

Do nothing to acknowledge them.  Do nothing to feed them.  Do nothing to indulge them or justify them or explain them or rationalize them.  Do not apologize for them.  Do not track how long you have had them.  Do absolutely nothing to, or for them anymore……and they will go away.

As soon as you stop feeding, fueling and acknowledging that which you longer want, that which no longer serves you, it will cease to be.  It is your attention to something that causes it to grow, that gives it energy and definition, that attracts more of it to you.  So instead of giving even the smallest amount of your attention to that which is unwanted, try instead, to give it only to that which is wanted.  And then watch those things begin to take on a place of dominance in your life.

Clean up your thoughts Dear One and you will begin to clean up your life.

On: True beauty

By |2023-01-14T23:21:56-05:00January 14th, 2023|English|

Beauty is not something that you see with your eyes. Dear One, it is something that you feel with your heart.

So how do you know if what you are looking at, if what you are seeing is truly beautiful, or if it is simply an illusion, a judgment, a product of your imagination?

Close your eyes.

If it disappears, then you know.

On: Labels

By |2023-01-13T23:15:03-05:00January 13th, 2023|English|

Friend, boyfriend, lover, wife, spouse, partner, neighbor, sister, brother, cousin, best friend, confidant, significant other, soul mate, buddy, companion, associate, cohort or chum.

You have lots of ways of defining, categorizing and labeling your relationships, Dear One.  And we realize that these measures can be greatly varied, intricately complicated, highly emotional, and hold a great deal of significance for you.   We know that they strongly influence and in some cases totally determine how you act towards someone, how you think, feel and react around them, and your expectations of them.   We get it. We really do understand.

But from where we are standing there truly is only one measure by which all relationships are defined, categorized and labeled — and that measure, Dear One, is the amount of love shared.

As we see it, how you choose to define a relationship is so much less significant than the amount of love that you choose to bring to it and allow yourself to experience within it.

So, what is in a name, Dear One?

As far as we are concerned, as long as there is love there, not a whole hell of a lot.

On: Working from the inside out

By |2023-01-11T23:28:07-05:00January 11th, 2023|English|

If you want to create real, enduring, meaningful change in your life, Dear One – you’ve got to work from the inside out.

Doing it any other way will only create frustration, anxiety, worry, and heartache, or generate temporary results at best; a lesson that we are sure that you have already learned through experience by now.

So, how do you do this?

Shift your mindset and prioritize the creation of internal beauty, balance, bliss, and love over the creation of all of the same in your external world, and you will be well on your way.
