On: Making room
It can be difficult to choose/to pick up that which you want, Dear One, if your hands are already full of that which you do not want.
Make sense?
Know what you have to do next?

Everyone is looking for/striving for/seeking beauty, Dear One – Every single one of you, without exception.
The only problem is that more often than not, so many of you find yourself coming up short, frustrated with your search, not finding what you are looking for – left with the impression that beauty is rare or elusive. Why? Because many of you have no idea what beauty really is – so you look in all the wrong places, chase down all the wrong things trying to find it or create it.
Beauty is a feeling, an emotion, an energy. It is the essence of who you are. It is a state of openness, a state of trust and allowing, acceptance of the universe, of what is. It is not flat abs and a shiny full head of hair. It is not pouty lips, smooth tight skin or perfectly manicured nails . Those things are all nothing more than limited physical attributes of the body. True beauty is limitless.
To say that beauty is measured by how one looks – is like saying that intelligence is measured by how one smells.
Your eyes are not the determinant of beauty, Dear One, your heart is.
True beauty is not about how you look – it is about how you see.
Choose to see beauty in everything around you, Dear One and you will. It is there. It is built into everything. As soon as you start looking for it, with your heart, you will find it and be in awe of its abundance.
May we suggest that you start with you.
Don’t settle, Dear One. Never settle.
The universe has placed no cap on your potential – on what you can do, be or have.
There is no reason why you should either.
Its time to start enjoying yourself/enjoying life more, Dear One, and stop putting so much effort into trying to please those around you, especially at the expense of your own happiness.
Do things that bring you joy, that make you smile, that make you happy, and you will be in a far greater position to please those around you then you would be when you sacrifice your own well being for theirs.
If you are not happy yourself, Dear One, what could you possibly have to offer anyone else that would be of any real value to them anyway?
Don’t you ever for one second feel badly for the things in your life that you don’t have or that have simply not shown up yet.
That would be like missing the sun when the moon is out.
Don’t miss what is not, Dear One. Rejoice in what is.
Right this minute you are only one thought away from feeling a whole lot better, Dear One.
Change your mind, and you change everything.
Most of the challenges, struggles and issues in your life, Dear One, would resolve themselves beautifully if only you would remember to choose to take care of yourself first – to nurture, honor, love, and respect yourself first – to create, to discover, to experience a good feeling place for yourself, first.
Try it and see.
Don’t try harder, Dear One.
Try more joyfully.
You should know that you won’t get there any faster, Dear One, by rushing.
(And there aren’t any shortcuts either.)
But if you remember what we keep telling you, if you remember to make happiness your priority, who cares how long it takes you to get there, if you are enjoying yourself along the way, right?
P.S.
Before you answer, you should also know that you travel at a much quicker rate towards that which you are wanting, that you function most efficiently and effectively, when you are happy Dear One, then when you are anything else.
The sting caused by the illusion of rejection is a small price to pay for the gift of clarity, Dear One.
And you should know that gratitude serves as a great balm for the pain.
