On: The lengths you must travel

By |2023-02-08T21:58:52-05:00February 8th, 2023|English|

Take one step forward at a time, Dear One, joyfully, intentionally, mindfully, feel good about where you are going, and you will be traveling faster towards your desired destination then if you ran full steam ahead towards it motivated by frustration, sadness, anger, fear or insecurity.

Mindful choices guided by good feelings are infinitely more powerful than those guided by loss, lack, obligation, fear or desperation.

It is not the amount of space between where you are and where you want to be that determines the length of your journey, Dear One.

The length of your journey is determined by the distance that you must travel from where you are, to feeling good about where you want to be.

And how long  that  takes, is entirely up to you.

On: Quitting with clarity

By |2023-06-06T22:03:55-04:00February 4th, 2023|English|

Whenever you get the desire to quit, Dear One, to throw in the towel, and give up before the end, ask yourself why it is that you want to do so, before you take any action.

  • Is it because quitting will release you from a commitment that no longer serves you? Because it will bring you greater pleasure, joy, freedom, and opportunity to pursue something else that you believe will serve you?
  • Is it because quitting will release you from having to do the hard work required to complete a difficult task?  Because it will prevent you from confronting your fears, from facing uncomfortable feelings, from the discomfort of growth and moving beyond that which is familiar to you, that which feels safe, into a place that could lead you to who knows where?

Quit or don’t quit Dear One. That is your choice.  It is not our place to tell you what to do.

But whatever you decide, we just want to make sure that you are aware of your reasons for doing it before you do.

On: Health

By |2023-02-03T22:55:59-05:00February 3rd, 2023|English|

There is nothing wrong with you that time can not heal, Dear One, if only  you would stop chasing down healing as if were some goal to be reached.

Health/healing is a part of your journey and not a destination in itself.

It would be like trying to get to fun.  Fun is not some place to get to and hold on to forever.  Fun is an experience – a gift in the moment.

Think of health the same way.

You can’t get to fun and stay there forever.  Just like you can not get to health and stay there forever.  It is just not the way it works. You see, you can make every moment fun though.  But it can’t be stored up.

Fun is a gift in the moment – as is health.  So lighten up and learn to play.  Everything that you desire is available to you in the present moment – fun, health, love, change, prosperity – all of it.

Choose it in the moment and it is  yours forever – if you choose it over and over and over again that is.

On: Forgiveness, simplified

By |2023-02-02T23:10:00-05:00February 2nd, 2023|English|

We want to make this as simple for you as we possibly can, Dear One.

Forgiveness has absolutely, positively, nothing whatsoever to do with them.

It is simply the act of releasing your connection to something that no longer serves you,  releasing your bond with something that you no longer want to remain connected to.

It is letting go of the rope, removing your hand from the hot stove, exiting the burning building.

On: Being Patient vs. Waiting

By |2023-06-06T22:03:55-04:00February 1st, 2023|English|

Being patient and waiting are two VERY different things, Dear One.

Patience is an act of allowing, of knowing, of creating, of quiet anticipation.  It is fluid, changing, and constantly in motion.  It is a powerful, empowering, and confident choice that requires your active, conscious participation throughout.

Waiting is a passive act.  It is stagnant.  It lacks action, energy, movement, and active participation.   It can be frustrating, stressful, and emotionally unpredictable.  It is an inert, submissive, and unempowered choice that does not require much of you once the decision to wait has been made.

So when you are in a spot, Dear One, where you think that what happens next is totally and completely out of your hands, think again.

You’ve still got one more choice to make.

And a pretty important one at that.

On: What will you do?

By |2023-02-01T11:29:43-05:00February 1st, 2023|English|

  • Will you choose to leap?
  • Will you choose to trust your instincts?
  • Will you choose to let well-being be the dominate force in your life?
  • Will you choose to release old patterns and allow yourself to heal?
  • Will you choose to believe that you can?
  • Will you choose to step forward with confidence?
  • Will you choose to make joy a priority above all else?
  • Will you choose to forgive yourself and them, for your benefit, not for theirs?
  • Will you choose to let go of all of the things that no longer serve you, including negative thoughts, actions, beliefs, and relationships?

We already know that you CAN do all of these things, Dear One.

That is not the question that we are asking you.

What we really want to know is, WILL you?
