On: Time for a change

By |2024-11-06T00:58:43-05:00November 6th, 2024|English|

When your behaviors are no longer serving you, Dear One, when they stop yielding the desired results, when your actions are no longer in alignment with your thoughts, feelings, and desires – don’t start doubting yourself, your choices, your abilities, or your judgment.

Don’t get angry, frustrated, or hopeless.

Don’t start looking for something or someone to blame.

Instead, try remembering that life is constantly changing, and so are you.

If the beliefs, routines, rituals, patterns, and behaviors that brought you comfort, security, health, relief, and joy yesterday, do not do so today, there may be nothing to blame.

It may simply be time to change them.

On: No such thing as failure

By |2024-11-05T00:42:38-05:00November 5th, 2024|English|

What you see as failure or rejection, Dear One, we see as simply a lack of alignment.

And your alignment is something that you have the ability to change, anytime you would like.

On: The perks of loneliness

By |2024-11-03T23:41:45-05:00November 3rd, 2024|English|

The next time you are feeling lonely, alone, or disconnected, Dear One, instead of feeling badly about it, instead of focusing on those feelings of loneliness, isolation, or sadness, which will only serve to exacerbate them, use it as an opportunity to grant yourself permission to use that time to go within, to listen to your heart, and connect.

When you do, you just may get a glimpse of the eternal, sacred, divinity that lives within you, that connects you to everyone and every other living thing in your world.

And once you see that, once you are able to feel it, even if only for a second, it will be difficult for you to ever feel lonely, alone or disconnected again.

On: The learning curve

By |2024-11-02T02:06:10-04:00November 2nd, 2024|English|

When you are learning to do something new, Dear One, either by choice or by necessity, you always have options available to you for how you are going to proceed:

  • You can choose to resist and proceed with frustration, resentment, impatience, and regret for the task at hand
  • You can choose to allow, and proceed with excitement, curiosity, hope, and an open mind as you approach the challenge before you

You can choose to focus on the work, effort and energy that will be required of you, or you can choose to focus on the many new doors that will open for you a result.

Just a little reminder today to pay attention to which direction are you leaning as you are making your way around the bends.
