Faith is faith, Dear One. Either you have it or you don’t.

You can’t have just a little bit of faith. It really is an all or nothing type of thing.

So, do you think you’ve got it, or don’t you?

Once you come to the realization that you are valuable, Dear One, nothing or no one can ever take you away from that.

Once you come to see that your value is not dependent on anyone or anything outside of yourself, you will know what it means to shine.

And you are so much closer than you think.

Their inability to see your value, your abilities, your worth, Dear One, is absolutely not a reflection of your value, your abilities, or your worth.

It is important for you to learn to discern the difference between an accurate reflection of yourself through somebody else’s eyes and a distorted one.

Do you want to know how you can tell the difference?
By how it feels.

One will ring true to you when it is reflected back, and the other will wound.

The truth may hurt, Dear One, but it does not cut, it does not draw blood.
One has smooth edges, the other is sharp and jagged.

That is how you know the difference between the two.
That is how you tell.

There is something you should know, Dear One.

Happy doesn’t just happen.

If you want it today, you’re going to have to choose it today.

There is no difference between you and them, Dear One.

You are all exactly-the-same.

It only appears as if there are differences between you because you all have evolved into phenomenal storytellers.

The stories that you tell each other and yourselves, are so good, so powerful, and so convincing that you, and they, actually perceive them as real.

But the thing is, they are not.

They are just stories.

You are all exactly the same Dear One.

Can you imagine what your world look like if you all started treating each other that way?

Try.

It’s a powerful first step.

Yes, there is much to feel badly about, Dear One.

There are many reasons for you to feel sad.

There is a lot for you to be angry about too.

If those are the things that you want to choose to give your attention to, then by all means do so.

But you should know that there are just as many joyful, peaceful, inspiring, loving, hopeful, helpful, good feeling options available to you as well, whenever you are ready to choose them.

There can be no brighter future ahead, Dear One, if you don’t allow more light into your present.

The very best thing that you can do to create a better tomorrow for yourself is to find something to be happy about today.

The realization that you are bound by nothing, Dear One, except for the limitations that you place on yourself, your beliefs, your choices, and your own imagination – that is what true independence is.

Love is an inside job, Dear One.   Totally and completely.

Experiencing it, enjoying it, feeling as though you have enough of it in your life, has very little to do with them, with their thoughts, feelings, actions, beliefs, and behavior towards you, and everything to do with you.

If you are not open to it, if your heart is not open to receiving love, if you don’t practice loving yourself and others, you will never feel it, you will never feel as if you have enough of it in your life, no matter how much they love you, no matter how often they tell you, no matter how many different ways they try to show you.

But, if you are open to it Dear One, if you open your heart to the experience of love, to the love that exists all around you, that is flowing to you and through you at all times, you will never be without it, you could never be without it, you will never know the experience of feeling a lack of it in your life again.
