What do you want to know about your soul’s agenda?
On: How long does change take?
How long does change take, Dear One?
That depends.
- How long are you planning to continue to hold on to what is?
- How long are you planning to continue to remain stagnant, motivated by fear, insecurity, doubt, and uncertainty?
- How long are you planning to continue to think that experiencing well-being requires great effort?
- How long are you planning to continue to not trust?
- How long are you planning to continue to hold on to the idea that change is hard?
How long does change take, Dear One?
You tell us.
On: An explanation for your low self-esteem
Do you ever wonder, Dear One, how it came to be exactly that you have such a low opinion of yourself when it comes to…… (you fill in the blank)?
- Your appearance
- Your intelligence
- Your creative abilities
- Your potential
- Your contributions
- The value of your opinions
- Your accomplishments and achievements
We can tell you.
It is because at some point in time you decided to believe that your worth or value was determined by the look that you saw in someone else’s eyes, or the words you heard spoken from someone else’s lips.
Somewhere along the line, you came to believe that the truth of things was determined not by you, but by those around you. And you decided to give more weight to their criticism, judgment, an opinions than to your own.
But good news! There is a quick remedy to that, Dear One.
Stop looking in their eyes to determine your worth. Stop listening to their words to hear your value.
Know that you are a divine spirit whose appearance, intelligence, creative abilities, potential, contributions, opinions, accomplishments and achievements are beautiful, valuable and significant, regardless of what they think.
It is not a matter of opinion, Dear One, it is a fact.
Now all you have to do, is believe it.
On: Multi-tasking
In your physical reality, there are limits as to how many physical experiences you can pack into a single moment. You can’t be in two places at once. You can’t be fully present at more than one activity, or event, at a time. And you can’t devote your full attention and awareness to completing more than one task at a time.
The point of this reminder, Dear One, is that regardless of how much effort you put into it, or how quickly you work, or how many corners your cut, or how much sleep you lose, you can still only consciously complete one thing at a time. So stop. Stop trying, and stop worrying, and stop testing and inventing new ways to try and do more than this.
Instead, take a deep breath – do one thing at a time – and enjoy yourself while doing it.
The only other choice that have is to do one thing at a time and not enjoy yourself while doing it.
But as always, Dear One, that choice is yours.
On: Do it now
If feeling better, creating balance, being happy in this moment, was your top priority. Dear One, what would you be doing right now?
Well…?
What are you waiting for?
On: A lesson on letting go, quickly
You want to learn how to let it go, Dear One, quickly?
We’ll tell you how it’s done.
You don’t do it by force. And you don’t do it with distractions.
You don’t do it by dismissing your feelings, trying to rationalize them away, or by punishing yourself for having picked them up in the first place either.
You do it by remembering that every thought that you think, word that you speak, action that you take, and belief that you maintain, is attracting more of exactly the same directly to you, every minute, of every hour, every day that you think it, speak it, do it, or believe it.
That’s how.
On: Before you choose
Before you choose, Dear One, we would like to ask you to first remember why it is that you are here.
It is not to tie up one more loose end, to make more money, or to lose 5 more lbs.. It is not to complete the items on one more to-do list. It is not to prove a point – when you believe that you are right and that they are wrong. It is not to beat yourself up – when you believe that they are right and that you are wrong.
You are here to live your life and have an experience of being alive. You are here to feel, to create, connect, risk, love, laugh, cry, learn and trust. You are here to choose, decide, and know the depths to which you can experience joy. You are here to have an adventure and to discover who and what you really are and what you are capable of.
Remember that first, Dear One, and then choose.
On: Run don’t walk
Run, don’t walk, towards any preference you discover for yourself, Dear One. Embrace it fully, enjoy it totally and completely, with full abandon. Why? Because there is absolutely no reason for you not to. And because life is meant to enjoyed. That’s why.

On: When you are hurting
When you are hurting, Dear One, when you are in pain, please remember this; you have come to this place to heal this place.
You did not end up here because you did something wrong. You did not end up here because you are being punished. You did not end up here because you are being tested, tortured, or asked to prove yourself.
You ended up here Dear One, for one reason and one reason only, because you are being given an opportunity to heal.
On: What defines you
We are always so sorry to see you struggling, Dear One. We are always so sorry to see you in pain.
But what we are not sorry for is the strength that you are building, and the perspective that you are gaining as a result.
Would you want to discourage someone from working out so that they could avoid the discomfort that may come with building muscle?
If you did that Dear One, if you were to avoid all movement, all challenges, all experiences that could result in pain, both your body and your life would be greatly lacking in definition.
On: Finding people who “get” you
Do you want to know how to find someone who “gets you”, Dear One?
Do you want to know what you need to do to surround yourself with more people who really “get” who you are?
We’ll tell you.
Don’t go in search of them. Don’t exert a great amount of time, energy and effort seeking them out. There is no need.
Just be yourself. Reveal more of yourself, of who you really are to the world around you and all of the people in it, in everything that you do, as often as you possibly can, and they will find you!
