What do you want to know about your soul’s agenda?
On: Your idols
The only thing that makes their path more significant than yours, their potential more powerful than yours, their successes more important than yours, their accomplishments more meaningful than yours, Dear One, is you deeming it so.
Nothing more.
On: A reality check
Stop trying to be the person that you think the world wants you to be and just be the person that you are, Dear One.
The reality of you is infinitely more powerful, intelligent, interesting, fun, lovable, humorous, desirable, attractive, genuine – more everything – than any illusion of you ever could be.
On: A word to the wise
If you need a nap, Dear One, take one.
On: Before you act
Action without faith, Dear One, without vision, can never lead you anywhere, except back to where you started.
On: Getting someplace new
The only way to experience change, Dear One, to get somewhere you have never been before, is to choose to do something you have never done before, to say something you have never said before, to try something you have never tried before, to walk a path you have never walked before, to trust, have faith, be brave, leap.
We know that you know this already.
But we thought that you could use the reminder.
If you want something to be different today, Dear One, do something differently.
On: Mistakes
There are no mistakes, Dear One, only choices.
And you are the only one that can decide how you are going to judge the impact of those choices on your life – was it good or bad; helpful or hurtful; educational or a waste of time; motivational or a reason to give up.
Judge wisely, Dear One. Because whatever it is that you choose, will become reality for you.
On: Facing your fears
You know it’s not true, Dear One. You don’t have to face your fears. You don’t have to muster up the courage to walk right up to them and stare them down in order to move past them.
There is another way. You’ve got another choice.
If you are willing, you can simply choose to let them go instead.
On: What do you expect?
Your expectations are a moving target, Dear One.
They can shift as frequently as your needs….. as your moods.
- When you need more – you expect more.
- When you need less – you tend to expect less, and be much more forgiving.
Expectations change – often. So be careful not to put too much emphasis or importance on having them met.
Eliminate them all together, and you will be eliminating one of the greatest sources of disappointment from your life.
On: A lesson in self-care
Never feel guilty about taking care of yourself, Dear One, for putting yourself first, regardless of what anyone else has to say about it.
Those that give you a hard time just don’t yet understand how vitally important it is for you to do so – for you, for them, and for the rest of the world.
If you are not healthy, happy, balanced, and strong, you will be of little or no use to anyone, including yourself.
Someone’s got to teach them, Dear One. Someone’s got to show them how it is done.
Why not you?
On: Choosing when you are unsure
When you are unsure, Dear One, about the decision you are about to make, take a minute and ask yourself this question:
- Will this choice, will this action, will engaging in this relationship, will moving forward in this direction, will investing my energy here, serve my greatest good?
And then don’t think about the answer, listen for it instead, and then you will know.
