Go there in your heart first and your physical reality will follow soon after.  See it – feel it – anticipate its arrival with certainty, excitement and enthusiasm.  Be as certain as if you successfully placed your order online and are simply waiting for your package to arrive right to your front door.

Don’t take a chance Dear One by not setting a clear intention, by simply waiting and seeing what shows up for you.

You don’t need to wait and see to know what it is that you are wanting most.  So why just wait and see if what you are wanting most will show up for you – especially when you have the ability to create it for yourself.

Freedom is a state of mind Dear One.  It is an attitude, a feeling, a way of life.

It is not something that you have to wait to be granted, work to achieve, or receive permission to be.

You are free Dear One.

• Free to make up your mind about anything, anyway that you want.
• Free to change your mind about anything, anytime that you want.
• Free to experience the world from any perspective that you choose.

We implore you to remember that freedom is a state of mind, an emotion, a lens through which you view your life.

Freedom is not something that is granted by anyone else.

It is something that you claim for yourself.

You and you alone decide when you are going to choose to believe this, to embrace it, to live it, and to be free.

Action without faith, without vision Dear One, can never lead you anywhere, except back to where you started.

Is understanding enough?

Absolutely not, Dear One. Understanding alone is not enough.

But understanding is an essential first step.

So, keep seeking, searching, and asking questions.

In time, your understanding will impact your beliefs, and your beliefs will impact your actions, and your actions will impact the ease with which you allow change to occur in your life.

With understanding Dear One, comes trust, and ease, and access to powerful resources that are just waiting for you to call upon them, or pick them up and use them.

The more you understand for example, that airplanes are a safe, the more likely you are to allow yourself to use one as a mode of transportation to carry you anywhere in the world that you want to go.

Understanding does not magically create solutions.  But it does allow you to recognize them when they are in front of you, and helps teach you how to find them, create them, and use them once you do.

Understanding alone does not change anything Dear One, but it does give you access to all the things you will need to be able to change everything.

• You don’t have to wait until you are sick to take time to heal, Dear One.
• You don’t have to wait until you are in trouble to ask for help.
• You don’t have to wait until you are lonely or afraid to invite someone to keep you company.
• You don’t have to wait until you are perfect to be worthy of love.
• You don’t have to wait until the end to decide to begin again.

Are you happy, Dear One, right where you are?

• If yes, enjoy it!
• If not, do something about it.

But just know that resenting it, regretting it, fearing it, hating it, feeling badly about it, raging against it, blaming yourself for it (or anyone else for that matter), is not going to do anything to improve the situation in any positive way.

So if that is what you have been trying up until this point, and you are still unhappy, it might be time for you to try something new.

If you are angry Dear One, know this, they are not to blame.

Regardless of anything that they might have said, or done to piss you off or hurt you, they are still not to blame.

No one can make you feel something that does not already exist within you.

They can inspire you to get in touch with your anger, they can serve as an instigator, their actions can draw your anger up to the surface, but nothing that they do can inject anger into your heart.

Isn’t that great news?

Now you know Dear One, that when you are angry and you are ready to deal with it, that you don’t have go back and deal with them in order to do it.  You only have to deal with yourself.
