On: Why make the effort

By |2018-07-29T00:02:16-04:00July 29th, 2018|English|

Why bother doing all that you can Dear One, when you can get by doing just enough?

Why bother doing the right the thing when no one really seems to care or to even be paying attention?

Why bother trusting, and making the harder, braver, more challenging choice when you’ve got something to lose?

Why bother putting in the extra effort to be thoughtful, generous, loving, persistent, patient, forgiving, and kind when it is not requested, required or expected?

Because what you put out is what you get back.

That’s why.

On: The need to understand

By |2018-07-27T22:51:38-04:00July 27th, 2018|English|

Sometimes Dear one, it is just not necessary for you to understand it.

Sometimes, all that is necessary is for you to acknowledge it, accept it, and decide to embrace it or let it go and move on.

On: Them

By |2018-07-26T23:46:13-04:00July 26th, 2018|English|

The only time that what they say, what they think, and what they believe matters Dear One, is when you decide that it does.

On: Your responsibility

By |2018-07-25T23:59:27-04:00July 25th, 2018|English|

It is not your responsibility to teach them, Dear One.

It is your responsibility to find your voice and use it.

And if others should hear your words and be motivated by them, learn from them, be inspired by them, or take-action as a result of them, then so be it.

On: Protecting your heart

By |2018-07-24T22:58:10-04:00July 24th, 2018|English|

The best way to take care of your heart Dear One, to strengthen it, and protect it, is to open it, trust it, and use it, as often as you possibly can.

Closing it off, shutting it down, or trying to shelter it from unwanted feelings will only serve to weaken it in the end, cutting you off from your source, leaving you far more vulnerable to hurt, deception, and negativity, than you would be otherwise.

So the next time you are in a situation where you feel like your heart needs protecting, remember, there is only one thing that you need to do; open it wider.

On: Hard work

By |2018-07-23T23:13:22-04:00July 23rd, 2018|English|

How hard you work does not determine the quality of your life Dear One.

How much joy you feel as you move through the actions of your day does.

Remember that as you head back to work today, and everyday after.

On: Universal priorities

By |2018-07-21T23:19:01-04:00July 21st, 2018|English|

The universe is taking its lead from you, Dear One.

The moment that you decide that your health, your well-being, your piece of mind, and your happiness, are your top priorities – it will prioritize them too.

On: Changing old patterns

By |2018-07-20T11:43:59-04:00July 19th, 2018|English|

When you decide that you want to change Dear One, that you want to let go of old patterns, and all (or at least some) of the things in your life that you know just don’t serve you anymore, try not to look at it as if you are making some dramatic decision that you suddenly have to give up something that you love, like, or just have grown accustomed to.

Because we know, just as well as you do, that that can be really, really, really, hard to do.

So instead, trying looking at it from a different perspective –  trying seeing it for what it really is.

And what is that?

Deciding to make an empowered choice to pick something new, something healthy, something powerful that will serve you, heal you, and strengthen you, body, mind, and spirit.

Do that Dear One,  focus on what you will gain from making a change and not on what you will be giving up, and you just might find the whole experience to be far simpler and much more pleasant than you ever imagined it could be.
