On: Something worth worrying about

Don’t make yourself nervous worrying so much about what “they” will or do think about you, Dear One.

We can think of no greater waste of your time.

If you are really needing to make yourself nervous about something, be nervous worrying about what YOU think of you.

Because if what you think of you is not wonderful, delightful, positive, or even just mostly more good than not, then their opinion of you really is the least of your troubles.

And there isn’t much you can do to change the way that they see you anyway. But there is LOTS you can do to change how you see you. And we can think of no greater use of your time than working on that.

On: No comparisions please

Don’t you dare compare or compete when it comes to matters of the heart, Dear One.

There is no more personal or divine act than coming to you know your own, and then growing to honor and respect it.

You are the only one who will ever truly know it, and you are also the only one who can ever really break it.

To compare your heart to another’s to determine what is right for you, would be as useful as comparing your fingerprints to another’s to determine self-worth.

You are not meant to live up to or down to anyone else’s standards; of beauty, or intelligence, or value, or intimacy, or love, regardless of the nature of your relationship. The standards that are appropriate for you are determined, can only ever be determined, by you and your heart alone.

So don’t you dare attempt to resolve matters of the heart by comparison.
You, and your divine heart deserve more respect than that.

Look within not around to find all the answers that you seek.

On: Useful contributions

When there is no balance, Dear One, if you are not in a balanced state, nothing you create, nothing you contribute, will be balanced.

(You create chaos when you create chaotically.)

Now that you know this, now that this is well understood, the next thing that we tell you will make a whole lot more sense and will be a whole lot easier for you to consider.

No matter how much you have to do today, no matter how long your to-do list, no matter how rushed you feel, or how rushed they are making you feel, find balance first, Dear One. Find your center first.

Then and only then will you be in a position to make a useful contribution, to move forward productively, in a way that you can feel proud of, in a way that you will feel good about.

On: Ratios

You will always be more spirit/energy than you are physical.

There is more about you that is malleable, flexible, and changeable than is permanent.

There will always be more about you that you can change, Dear One, than you can not.

On: An infusion

– to all that you say
– to all that you write.
– to all that you feel, think, embrace, contemplate, and create

Bring ease to it all. Breathe ease into it all.
– to your work
– to your relationships
– to your care of yourself

Bring ease instead of fear, anger, doubt, uncertainty, frustration, or anything else that may arise as you move through your day that you don’t want more of infused into your life.

Bring ease to it all, Dear One.

And then watch as see what happens.
Watch and see how it transforms.

On: Why me?

Bad things happen, Dear One.
Tough, frightening, painful, undesirable things are going to happen.

THAT it happened is what is significant to us today. Much more so than WHY it happened.

We understand that when unwanted things happen you want to know why so you can do all that you can to avoid it from happening again.

But the truth is, Dear One, that you can’t.

You can’t stop/prevent/avoid all unwanted things from reaching you. No matter how diligent you are, no matter how consciously you live. Imbalance will always find you. It will always be able to reach you. It is a consequence of being alive.

Prevention and avoidance are not where your efforts and attention will be best spent.
But rather tolerance, coping, self-care, and realignment are the arts you want to master for longevity.

That is what the wise do.

And the wise have become wise, Dear One, not by knowing/having all of the answers, and by avoiding all unwanted things, but by remaining open to insight and learning how to ask the right questions at the right time.

So, when bad things happens, instead of asking ‘Why me?’, the wise would ask;  What is my quickest path to recovery? What do I need to do to get back into alignment from here?

On: Do you deserve this?

When unwanted things happen, Dear One, it is not uncommon for many of you to ask; Did I do something bad to deserve this? Am I being punished?

And our answer to this question is always the same; No, you absolutely did not.

Imbalance is not a punishment.
It is simply a reality of misalignment.

Like cold is a reality of snow, and heat is a reality of the sun.

So, no, Dear One, when unwanted things happen, know that it is absolutely not because you deserve it, and you absolutely are not being punished.

And now that you know, you can release yourself from the restrictive bonds of this belief, and allow yourself to get back to focusing your attention on the vitally important work of seeking alignment, and restoring balance.

On: Where you are meant to be

This. Right here. Exactly where you are now, is precisely where you are meant to be, where you need to be.

Here, Dear One, is that which is for your greatest good.
Here is where you are meant to be.

And you are loved.

On: Will it ever get better?

And the answer to your question is no, Dear One, it won’t ever just get better.

If you want it better, you’re going to have to make it better.
