  •  You know you don’t have to wait until you are sick to take time to heal Dear One.
  • You know you don’t have to wait until you are in trouble to ask for help.
  • You know you don’t have to wait until you are lonely or afraid to invite someone to keep you company.
  • You know you don’t have to wait until you are perfect to be worthy of love.
  • You know you don’t have to wait until the end to decide to begin again.

Don’t you?

On: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow

By |2013-04-09T23:49:57-04:00April 9th, 2013|English|

Do you feel good about the decisions that you made for yourself yesterday Dear One?

Are you satisfied with your choices?

  • Did you choose to spend time with people that you love?
  • Did you choose to do things that you enjoyed, that made you happy?
  • Did you choose to care for, honor and respect yourself?

We hope so. They were your choices to make.  No one else did or could have made them for you.

If don’t feel good about the choices that you made yesterday Dear One, then we ask you, what do you plan on doing about it today?

Will you decide to choose differently?

Your response will determine how you will be able to answer this question tomorrow.

Are you ready to quit yet Dear One?

Are you ready to give up?

Have you had enough?

Great!

  • Quit talking about everything that is going wrong
  • Quit focusing on that which does not serve you
  • Quit biting off more than you can chew
  • Quit feeling sorry for yourself
  • Quit behaving like a victim
  • Quit putting yourself last

Just quit it Dear One.

Make today the day.

Find out for yourself,  just how great being a quitter can be.

On: Your time

By |2013-04-07T00:14:44-04:00April 7th, 2013|English|

Time is yours Dear One, to do with as you please.

Don’t worry about running out of it – you can’t – you are eternal.

Don’t worry about wasting it – you can’t –  simply being alive makes all that you do significant.

  • Spend it taking risks, loving, laughing, creating, inspiring, enjoying yourself, being brave
  • Spend it fulfilling obligations, doubting, playing it safe, worrying, struggling, being afraid
  • Spend it doing things that you love or spend it doing things that you hate.

Spend it any way that you want to Dear One.

What you do with your time is totally and completely up to you.

You can even choose to give it away if you want.

But KNOW, that no one can take it from you and no one can spend it for you.

Time is yours Dear One, to do with as you please.

We can’t wait to see what you are going to choose to do with it today.

On: Pulling yourself together

By |2013-04-04T00:16:35-04:00April 4th, 2013|English|

A piece of you is here Dear One, and a piece of you is waiting over there.  A piece of you is on the phone.  A piece of you is planning dinner.  A piece of you is getting ready for work on Monday. And a piece of you is feeling badly about all of the things that you have not yet had a chance to get to do.

We get it.  You know how to do multiple things at once (or at least try to).  It is a skill that you have been practicing for most of your life with varing degress of success.

What if today you tried something new Dear One?

What if today, instead, you practiced doing only one thing a time?

It is the fastest way we can think of that will help you to pull yourself back together again.
