On: Wasting time

By |2013-03-17T00:58:26-04:00March 17th, 2013|English|

There is no such thing as wasted time Dear One.  It is all your time.

Nothing you can do is a waste.

Existing – simply being alive – makes all that you do significant.

Nothing that you do (or don’t do) can ever lessen that.

  • You choose what you do with your time.
  • You choose what you want to acknowledge as valuable, significant or meaningful.
  • You choose what you want to acknowledge as unworthy, silly or frivolous.

Others may have an opinion on the subject, but yours is the only opinion that matters.

Know Dear One, that from our perspective, there is value in everything that you do, simply because you are choosing to do it.

On: Imagine that

By |2013-03-16T00:04:01-04:00March 16th, 2013|English|

Imagine if you can for a moment Dear One, that you are right on course.  That you know all that you need to know.  That your beliefs serve you.  That you are surrounded by those who will act for your greatest good at every opportunity.

Imagine if you can Dear one that you are content.  That you are a peace.

Imagine if you can, that you have the confidence to act with confidence, to make decisions confidently, about your work, your relationships, your health, your finances.

THAT is what having faith is Dear One.  THAT is what having faith can do to your life.  THAT is what living in faith, choosing in faith, and trusting in faith can do.

Imagine that.

On: Checking in

By |2013-03-14T22:39:45-04:00March 14th, 2013|English|

Are you enjoying yourself Dear One?

Are you happy?

Are you making choices for yourself that bring you joy, contentment and satisfaction?

What are you doing it all for if not for the pleasure of it?

Please remember to enjoy your day Dear One.

On: Security

By |2013-03-14T00:40:12-04:00March 14th, 2013|English|

Emotional security is a state of mind Dear One.

The only thing that it requires is you.

You can choose it anytime that you would like.

You can choose it when you have the partner that you want, or the job that you want, or the salary that you want, or the house that you want, or the family that you want, or the body that you wantOR-  you can choose to experience it right now, just as you are.

It’s totally and completely up to you.

On: Who dunnit?

By |2013-03-12T22:26:08-04:00March 12th, 2013|English|

  • Who said that you were not worthy Dear One?
  • Who said that your opinion didn’t count?
  • Who said that you were less important?
  • Who said that you were not worth it?
  • Who said that you could never do it?

And who chose to believe that they were right?

On: A shortcut

By |2013-03-12T00:57:27-04:00March 12th, 2013|English|

An unsolicited piece of advice for you today Dear One: Don’t fight your heart, follow it.

When there is a battle raging within you between your head and your heart – – know this, your heart will always win, every single time – – eventually.

You can choose to take the long road around and figure this one out for yourself the hard way, or you can choose to take the shortcut, and trust us.

We would love nothing more than to see you save yourself whole heap of time, aggravation and grief by deciding to act on your hearts behalf sooner rather than later Dear One.

But all we can do is make the suggestion, it is up to you decide which route  you want to take.

On: Commitment

By |2013-03-10T22:16:28-04:00March 10th, 2013|English|

When the choices you are committed to don’t seem to be leading you towards a better feeling state Dear One, it may time for you start thinking about making different ones.

On: As good as it gets

By |2013-03-10T01:04:04-05:00March 10th, 2013|English|

It can keep getting better and better and better Dear One – if you allow it to.

There is no limit on just how good it can get.

Remember that.

Remind them as well.

On: The waiting game

By |2013-03-09T01:00:42-05:00March 9th, 2013|English|

  • Don’t wait to be brave
  • Don’t wait to be bold
  • Don’t wait to be kind
  • Don’t wait to be compassionate
  • Don’t wait to be adventurous
  • Don’t wait to be generous
  • Don’t wait to be forgiving

Don’t wait until your days are numbered, before you start making them count Dear One.

Trust us, they all count.  Each and every one.

So, is the game over?

On: What stays and what goes

By |2013-03-07T23:07:13-05:00March 7th, 2013|English|

You decide what stays and what goes in your life Dear One.

You and only you.

And you do so with your choices.

You choose what stays by giving your attention to it.

You choose what goes by withdrawing your attention from it.

  • Give your attention to your insecurity, and it will stay.
  • Give your attention to the pain in your relationship, and it will stay.
  • Give your attention to the lack of abundance in your life, and it will stay.
  • Give your attention to the shortage of opportunity in your work, and it will stay.
  • Give your attention to all of the things that are unwanted in your life, and they will stay.

So Dear One, what do you want to see stay and what do you want to see go today?
