On: Freedom of choice

By |2014-04-04T23:03:44-04:00April 4th, 2014|English|

You have complete freedom of choice Dear One, when it comes to your thoughts.

You are free to choose to think absolutely any thought that you want to;

  • About you
  • About them
  • About what is
  • About what was
  • About what could be

So remember, if you don’t like the one that you are thinking right now, if it is not bringing you pleasure, joy, contentment, or relief, you are free to choose another.

Your thoughts determine your reality Dear One, they impact the quality of every single experience that you have, so please don’t be so quick to dismiss the significant power that this freedom affords you.

On: Forgiveness, simplified

By |2014-04-04T01:02:27-04:00April 4th, 2014|English|

We want to make this as simple for you as we possibly can Dear One.

Forgiveness has absolutely, positively, nothing what so ever to do with them.

It is simply the act of releasing your connection to something that no longer serves you,  releasing your bond with something that you no longer want to remain connected to.

It is letting go of the rope, removing your hand from the hot stove, exiting the burning building.

On: Being liked

By |2023-06-06T22:04:12-04:00April 3rd, 2014|English|

If you are not being yourself Dear One, who cares if they like you?

What does it matter really if they like some person that you are pretending to be?

Where is the satisfaction in that?

Why exert your effort into being liked, when being yourself feels so much better?

On: Speaking your truth

By |2014-04-01T23:56:40-04:00April 1st, 2014|English|

Why are we always encouraging you to speak your truth Dear One?

Because regardless of whatever else happens when you do, regardless of the immediate and obvious outcome, the end result will always be an improved, an expanded state of consciousness for all those involved.

And one of the primary reasons that you have come forth into this life is to expand your knowing, is to expand your level of consciousness.

So know this Dear One, with absolute certainty, that when you speak up, that when you are brave enough to speak your truth, that you and those around you will always be better off because of it.

PS.

We just wanted to add that speaking your truth and telling the truth are not necessarily the same thing.

On: Coping skills

Here’s a good one for you Dear One.

Don’t’ wonder if it’s all going to be okay today.

Know that it will be.

Why?

Because it’s true.

And because believing it will feel a whole lot better than not believing it.
