On: Give it a rest

By |2015-11-18T00:05:42-05:00November 18th, 2015|English|

Sometime healing does not require a new herb, potion, tonic or pill Dear One.  Sometimes it does not require a new way of thinking, moving, eating, or behaving. Sometimes it does not require a new mantra, meditation, massage or treatment.  Sometimes it doesn’t even require compassion, understanding, insight or forgiveness.

Sometimes Dear One, the only thing that is required to heal, is rest.

So, before you go off in search of a new answer, a new technique, a new practice, a new method, a new plan for healing your body, for healing your mind, for healing your life, why not give resting a try first and see how you feel.

On: One or the other

By |2015-11-16T23:17:25-05:00November 16th, 2015|English|

You can berate yourself for stepping (or falling) off course Dear One, or congratulate yourself for being conscious enough to recognize it.

But you can’t punish yourself and step back into the flow at the same time.

You’re going to have to choose one or the other.

So what’s it going to be?

ON: Tough decisions

By |2015-11-15T23:20:29-05:00November 15th, 2015|English|

Making tough decisions is a part of life Dear One.

Living is choosing. You know this very well.

You are forced to make tough decisions everyday, and today is no different.

  • Choose with your heart, connected to your source, open to the vast possibilities and wisdom of the universe, and your choice, regardless of what you decide, will be an empowering one for you.
  • Choose with your head, out of fear, based on logic, experience and expectations grounded in the past, disconnected from your source, and your choice, regardless of what you decide, will be a limiting one for you.

So there you have it.

Does this help to make your tough decision a little less so?

We hope so.

On: No choice

By |2015-11-14T00:01:37-05:00November 14th, 2015|English|

Fear is not a choice Dear One.

Anger is not a choice either.

Neither is resentment, guilt, hatred, doubt, insecurity, remorse, jealousy, lust, or despair.

They are all feelings.

And feelings do not dictate actions Dear One.

Your choices do.

On: Time off

By |2015-11-11T00:46:05-05:00November 11th, 2015|English|

If your body is telling you that it needs some time off Dear One, take it.

Trust us when we tell you that you will be so much better off choosing to do so while the choice is still yours to make.

On: Going for it

By |2015-11-09T23:52:07-05:00November 9th, 2015|English|

  • Mistakes can be corrected.
  • Apologies can be made.
  • Wounds can be treated.
  • Forgiveness can be granted.
  • Minds can be changed.

But this day can never be relived Dear One.

We are not encouraging you to live it carelessly, recklessly, or without thoughtful consideration of the consequences of your actions.

We are simply encouraging you to live it fully, completely and without fear.

On: Changing everything

By |2015-11-08T23:49:24-05:00November 8th, 2015|English|

You can never undo that which has been done Dear One.

Once you have had an experience, for better or for worse, it is yours forever.

And regardless of how deeply you wish it could be so, no amount of regret, guilt, remorse, anger, self-pity, self-loathing, sadness, or hatred is ever going to change that.

But that does not mean that there is nothing you can do about it.

At any moment that you choose Dear One, you can decide to change the way that you feel about it, change the way you think about it, change what it means to you, or change its significance or importance in your life.

And changing that,  changes everything.

On: Being a success

By |2023-06-06T22:04:10-04:00November 8th, 2015|English|

  • There is no race that you must win
  • There is no peak that you must reach
  • There is no amount that you must accumulate
  • There is no title that you must earn
  • There is no level of notoriety that you must achieve
  • There is only a life for you to live.

And success in this life is totally and completely determined by the amount of joy that you experience while living it.

We, they, everyone can see just how hard you have been working Dear One.

Are you successful yet?

On: The Storyteller

By |2015-11-07T01:03:14-05:00November 7th, 2015|English|

You are the teller of the story of your life Dear One.  You are the one who decides what kind of story it will be.

  • Do you want to tell a story about your strengths or your weaknesses?
  • Do you want to talk about those things that you love, or those things that you hate?
  • Do you want to bring attention to all that you are most proud of or those things that you regret most of all?
  • Do you want to share the parts of yourself that are hurting or the parts that are healing?

What’s it going to be Dear One?

What story are you going to choose to tell today?
