On: How do you know if you can trust them?

By |2016-06-11T04:21:08-04:00June 11th, 2016|English|

When it comes to trust Dear One, there really is only question that you need to know the answer to.

And it is not the one that you have been asking.  It is not; Can you trust them?

The only question that you really need to know the answer to Dear One is; Do you trust you?

On: Discovering your priorities

By |2016-06-09T03:24:28-04:00June 9th, 2016|English|

Do you know what your priorities are Dear One?

We are asking you because we think that you might not.

Your priorities are what you spend the majority of your time, energy, and awareness focused on, thinking about, talking about, and doing.

For example, you may think your priorities are your health, your well-being, your happiness, and your work.

To find out if this is really the case, ask yourself, take notice throughout you day – are you spending the majority of your time thinking about, talking about and focused on making healthy choices, maintaining balance, feeling good, and creating work that matters – or is your energy, focus, and awareness directed elsewhere, perhaps on the absence of these things instead?

So, what do you think?

Are your priorities where you want them to be or is a change in order?

The universe is taking its lead from you Dear You.

It is prioritizing for you what you are prioritizing for yourself, and is constantly realigning its energies in order to deliver it to you.

So if you are interested in taking full advantage of all the help that is available to you, you may want to take the time to really figure this one out.

On: What would we do?

By |2016-06-07T11:18:01-04:00June 7th, 2016|English|

If we were you Dear One, we would not think about, talk about, or give any of our energy or attention to any of the things around us that displeased us, frustrated us, angered us, upset us, caused us discomfort, pain, distress, or pissed us off.

We would instead choose to focus all of our attention on those things that pleased us, that felt good to us, that brought us joy, pleasure, and happiness, that inspired us, motivated us, and helped us to feel loved, useful, connected and grateful.

We are not suggesting you turn a blind eye to all of your problems, and all the problems in the world around you. We are simply suggesting that you consider the possibility that choosing to focus on their solutions instead would perhaps be a more pleasant and productive use of your time.

You can choose to focus your attention on that which makes you feel badly if you want to Dear One, but you should know that that would not be the choice that we would make if we were you.

On: Getting there faster

By |2016-06-06T02:59:07-04:00June 6th, 2016|English|

Do you want to know the fastest way to get from where you are to where you want to be Dear One?

Slow down.

Don’t rush, stress, or be hurried in your actions.

Practice patience.

The more focused and centered you are, the more clarity you have, the more intentional and confident your actions are, the better you will feel, the more effective you will be.

On: The antidote to insecurity

By |2016-06-04T03:12:33-04:00June 4th, 2016|English|

The root of your insecurity is not your height Dear One. And it is not your weight, hair, job or clothes either. It is not how you were raised, how much money you have, where you grew up, where you live now, or how much you think you are loved. It is not your siblings, your spouse or ex-best friend, and it is most definitely not your mother.

The root of your insecurity Dear One, is your head.

You head will tell you stories. It will tell you that something is wrong when it is not, that something is missing when it is well within your reach, or that something is about to disappear that is rightfully yours forever. It will tell you that if you are not careful, if you do pay attention and play by the rules that you could lose all that you have, never get all that you want, and end up with everything that you fear and despise.

Do you want to know how to put an end to it, and rid yourself of all of your insecure thoughts once and for all?

The next time you are looking for the truth Dear One, about your value, your worth, your beauty, your ability, your potential, or your importance in this world, turn to your heart instead of your head for the answer.

And then trust what it tells you.

On: Being spiritual

By |2023-06-06T22:04:08-04:00June 3rd, 2016|English|

Are you any less spiritual Dear One, when you skip yoga, don’t meditate, pass on the weekly service, don’t make the donation, cut in line, think bad thoughts, do not want to help, or forget to give up your seat on the subway, bus, ferry, or train to the passenger that is older, weaker, needier, or more pregnant than you?

Absolutely, not.

You are a spiritual being no matter what you do.

But it is your belief, your consciousness, your level of acceptance of the fact that you are a part of something larger than yourself, that you are one part of a whole, that you are divine, and are at once a reflection of the world around you as well as the creator of it, that determines your level of awareness of this fact.

You can choose to be a spiritually aware person Dear One, or you can choose to be a spiritually unaware person, and that choice can change from day to day, but you cannot, not matter what, regardless of what you do, think, say, or believe, choose to be anything other than divine at all times.

On: Choosing a focal point

By |2016-06-02T02:22:10-04:00June 2nd, 2016|Uncategorized|

Why choose to focus on what is wrong, on what you don’t have, on what you don’t want, or on feeling badly Dear One, when there are so many other more pleasant, pleasing and enjoyable options available to you?

Just curious.
