On: A kick in the …

Stop waiting for all of the right answers. Stop waiting to be certain. Stop waiting for road signs to show you the way. Stop waiting for circumstances to force you into action. Stop waiting for someone to agree with you or approve of you, or encourage you before you take a step, make a change or take a risk, to follow your heart. Stop waiting for permission to live your life. Stop wasting your time waiting Dear One.

The time for pretending to be timid, incapable, unworthy or anything less than you really are is long over. It’s your life Dear One. You are meant to be enjoying it. There are no rules to follow. There are no right answers. You can’t get it wrong. The only person you need permission from to start living the life that you want is you.

So, is the wait over?

On: The antidote to insecurity

By |2020-01-30T00:02:35-05:00January 30th, 2020|English|

The root of your insecurity is not your height Dear One. And it is not your weight, hair, job or clothes either. It is not how you were raised, how much money you have, where you grew up, where you live now, or how much you think you are loved. It is not your siblings, your spouse or ex-best friend, and it is most definitely not your mother.

The root of your insecurity Dear One, is your head.

You head will tell you stories. It will tell you that something is wrong when it is not, that something is missing when it is well within your reach, or that something is about to disappear that is rightfully yours forever. It will tell you that if you are not careful, if you do pay attention and play by the rules that you could lose all that you have, never get all that you want, and end up with everything that you fear and despise.

Do you want to know how to put an end to it, and rid yourself of all of your insecure thoughts once and for all?

The next time you are looking for the truth Dear One, about your value, your worth, your beauty, your ability, your potential, or your importance in this world, turn to your heart instead of your head for the answer.

And then trust what it tells you.

On: No cursing

By |2020-01-28T23:23:11-05:00January 28th, 2020|English|

Celebrate, embrace, and take advantage of the contrasts in your life Dear One, don’t curse them. They are a gift.

Without them you would have absolutely no way of judging just how far you’ve come or in which direction you were headed.

On: Where you belong

By |2020-01-26T22:44:22-05:00January 26th, 2020|English|

Do you want to know where you belong, Dear One?

You belong in a place that makes you happy.  You belong with people that you love and that love you.  You belong wherever it is that you feel strong, supported, powerful, and creative.  You belong where you feel encouraged, inspired, and energized, hopeful, courageous, accepted and safe.

That is where you belong, Dear One.

If, when you look around you, you find that you are not in a place like this, then perhaps it is time for you to acknowledge that where you are, might not be the right place for you.

On: Excuses

By |2020-01-25T23:45:44-05:00January 25th, 2020|English|

Be confident. Be present. Be here. Be now.

Trust us when we tell you Dear One, that there is absolutely no good reason for you not to be.

On: Closing the gap

By |2020-01-25T00:49:58-05:00January 25th, 2020|English|

Things can feel out of control Dear One, when your desires and your actions are not in alignment.

  • You can’t reach joy with actions motivated by regret or sadness.
  • You can’t reach contentment with actions motivated by impatience or frustration.
  • You can’t reach love with actions motivated by loss or desperation.
  • You can’t reach abundance with actions motivated by fear or scarcity.

So please don’t be surprised when actions motivated by insecurity, obligation, fear, or a sense of loyalty don’t yield you the results that you were hoping for.

Align your actions with your desires Dear One, and watch as the gap between what you want and what is showing up for you begins to close.

On: Something you can count on

By |2020-01-23T22:48:13-05:00January 23rd, 2020|English|

What if you knew Dear One, with absolute certainty, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that everything was going to be ok, that everything was going to work out?

  • How do you think you would feel?
  • How do you think you would behave?
  • How do you think you would love, work, play, choose, sleep, eat, shop, connect?

Differently than you do now?

Want to find out?

Then all you need to do is this one simple thing – Trust.

Trust us when we tell you this Dear One, with absolute certainty, beyond a shadow of a doubt –  Everything is going to be ok, everything is going to work out.

You can count on it – and act accordingly.

On: Creative problem solving

By |2020-01-23T00:21:00-05:00January 23rd, 2020|English|

There are times Dear One, when the help that you so desperately need can only by found by helping someone else.

This may be one of those times.

Connect with someone in need, help them as best as you can, forget about yourself for a while, and find out.

You may be surprised to discover that sometimes the best solution to a problem,  is to simply allow yourself to forget that it exists at all.

On: Not being pleasing

By |2020-01-21T19:51:58-05:00January 21st, 2020|English|

It’s time to start enjoying yourself and your life more Dear One, and to stop putting so much effort into trying to please everyone around you, especially at the expense of your own happiness.

Today, do things that bring you joy, that make yousmile, that make you feel good about yourself, and you will be in a far greater position to please those around you then you would be if you sacrificed your own well-being for theirs.

If you are not happy yourself Dear One, what could you possibly have to offer anyone else that would be of any real value to them anyway?
