On: Hate

Hate is a powerful emotion Dear One, one that is often felt very deeply.  And if you are feeling it, we are sure that you have your reasons.

Hate can be a difficult thing to let go of, even if you want to, especially when you feel that you have justifiably earned the right to feel it.

We will not ask you to stop hating Dear One. We would never ask you to do something so difficult.  We would never ask you to do something that you do not want to do.

But what we will ask of you is that you stop giving hate your attention.

What we are asking of you is that you not spend even one more minute of your  time, your thoughts, your energy,  your life, focused on that which you hate, and instead choose to focus on that which you enjoy, on that which you love, on loving each other instead.

You see Dear One, hate only serves to bring more hate into the world, nothing more.  It doesn’t fix anything, heal anything, even any score, or make things right, and it never will.

But love on the other hand has the power to transform, to heal, anything, even hate.

On: Letting them help

Just the same way that helping others affords you the opportunity to feel good about yourself Dear One, to feel useful, to feel as if you are serving your life’s purpose, you allowing them to help you when you are in need, does the same for them.

Let them help you when you are in need Dear One.

It really is the only fair thing to do.

On: Requirements of bravery

Being brave does not require that you be physically or emotionally strong Dear One. It does not require that you be fearless or aggressive either. Nor does it require you to take a risk, be courageous, or …  just-do-it.

All that is required for you to be brave Dear One, is trust.

On: How to change direction

Do you want to know what you can do Dear One, to start turning things around?

We’ll tell you.

  • Start choosing things that you want over things that you don’t want
  • Start choosing activities that you like over activities that you don’t like
  • Start choosing people that make you smile over people that don’t
  • Start choosing thoughts that make you feel good over thoughts that make you feel badly

That’s how.

On: Jealousy

Sometimes it takes witnessing someone else’s success to gain clarity on your own desires Dear One.

Condemning others for getting there first will never serve you.  Jealousy or envy won’t ever help to bring you closer to that which you are wanting.

But an open mind will – Gratitude will – Enthusiasm will – Joyous anticipation will – Positive action will.

Let the lives and successes of others inspire you, motivate you, show you what’s possible.  Be grateful to those who have gotten there first.  Express gratitude towards them for paving the path and showing you the way.

Gratitude and joyous anticipation will help you reach your goals at a much faster rate than frustration and jealousy will Dear One, and they make for much more pleasurable travel companions.

On: A challenge for you

By |2020-02-01T23:42:45-05:00February 1st, 2020|English|

We have a challenge for you today, Dear One.

We would like for you to make a commitment to yourself to only speak your truth all day long, and to take notice of how it feels to do so.

What does that mean?

  •  That you will remain conscious and think before you speak
  • That you will only answer questions from you heart, and not from habit, obligation, insecurity or fear
  • That you will only say what you really mean, and not what you think you are supposed to say, what you think they need you to say, or what you think they are expecting you to say.

Taking this one on will require you to be vulnerable, courageous, thoughtful, honest, and trusting.

What do you think?  Are you up for it?
