On: Taking Action

By |2020-02-24T23:24:02-05:00February 24th, 2020|English|

When you think on things to much Dear One, do you find that your thoughts start to become circular – propelling you around and around – and fail to move you in any direction that is the least bit useful, pleasurable, helpful or satisfying?

If your answer is yes, we can tell you why that is so.

Thinking alone on a subject is not an effective way for you to create movement beyond the circle. Action is required. Action in some form is always required to perpetuate a shift forward.

Desire and intention are formed in your heart. Your thoughts and emotions serve to gather energy. But it is only through action that you can experience your ideas and bring them to life.

Are you ready to take the leap and act to start creating the life that you want, or do you need to think on it for a little bit longer?

On: Is it love?

By |2020-02-24T00:27:38-05:00February 24th, 2020|English|

The only way to know for sure Dear One, what love really is, is to experience it for yourself. It is not something that you can learn, that you can come to truly understand from a book, a song, a movie, a poem, or a class.

And the best way to do that, to have a truly authentic experience of love, is to love yourself, purely, totally, completely, and unconditionally. That means  thinking, speaking, and acting lovingly towards yourself, all the time.

Do that, know that experience, give yourself the experience of knowing what unconditional love looks, feels, sounds, smells, and tastes like, and you will never again have to ask yourself or anyone else the question ‘Is this love?’, because you will know.

You will then know from firsthand experience what true love feels like, so you will be able to recognize if what you are feeling for them is love, and Dear One, you will know how to recognize if they are truly loving you in return.

On: Wasting your time

By |2020-02-23T00:40:12-05:00February 23rd, 2020|English|

There is no such thing as wasted time Dear One.  It is all your time.

Nothing you can do is a waste.

Existing – simply being alive – makes all that you do significant.

Nothing that you do (or don’t do) can ever lessen that.

  • You choose what you do with your time.
  • You choose what you want to acknowledge as valuable, significant or meaningful.
  • You choose what you want to acknowledge as unworthy, silly or frivolous.

Others may have an opinion on the subject, but yours is the only opinion that matters.

Know Dear One, that from our perspective, there is value in everything that you do, simply because you are choosing to do it.

On: Saying Goodbye

By |2020-02-21T00:20:51-05:00February 21st, 2020|English|

What can you do for someone who is leaving you Dear One, for someone who is in the process of leaving your physical world and transitioning to spirit?

You can do the only thing for them that you can ever do for anyone else in your life, regardless of what stage of living or dying they are in.

You can love them.

Loving them is not pitying them. And loving them is not fearing for them.  And loving them it is not fixing them, healing them, or deceiving them either.

The very best thing that we can tell you to do for your love today Dear One, for all of your friends and loved ones  for that matter is this – just keep right on loving them.

On: Will you?

By |2020-02-20T00:41:26-05:00February 20th, 2020|English|

The question that you need to ask yourself Dear One, when faced with a challenge or when you have a tough decision or choice to make is not “Can I do this?” but “Will I do this?”

  • Will you allow yourself to leap?
  • Will you allow yourself to be inspired to action?
  • Will you allow well-being to dominate your life?
  • Will you allow yourself to release old patters and heal?
  • Will you choose to believe that you can?
  • Will you choose to step forward with confidence?
  • Will you choose to make joy a priority?
  • Will you choose to forgive yourself and them, for your benefit, not for theirs?
  • Will you choose to let go of all of the things that no longer serve you, including negative thoughts, actions, behaviors, and relationships?
  • Will you choose happiness?

We already know that you can do all of these things Dear One — of that, we have no doubt.

But will you?

On: A sacred pledge

By |2020-02-19T00:11:32-05:00February 19th, 2020|English|

Make a sacred pledge to yourself Dear One, right here and now, to love yourself, no matter what.

  • No matter what you said. No matter what you thought. No matter what you did (or didn’t do).
  • No matter what they said. No matter what they thought. No matter what they did (or didn’t do).

Decide right now, to love yourself anyway.

Because to decide otherwise Dear One, is to decide to cut yourself off from your source, just when you need it the most.

Because to decide otherwise, is to reject the most powerful tool you’ve got at your disposal for turning things around.

On: True Beauty

By |2020-02-18T00:15:57-05:00February 18th, 2020|English|

Beauty is not something that you see with your eyes Dear One, it is something that you feel with your heart.

So how do you know if what you are looking at, if what you are seeing is truly beautiful, or if it is simply an illusion, a judgment, a product of your imagination?

Close your eyes.

If it disappears, then you know.

On: The wrong size

By |2020-02-16T01:14:47-05:00February 16th, 2020|English|

If you are feeling tight, restricted, tense, frustrated, boxed in, or cut off Dear One, it is very likely that it is because you are living a life that is entirely too small for you.

The remedy to this malady is a simple one:

  • Remember that there is no limit to what is possible for you, no box you must fit in to, no plan you must adhere to, no path you must follow.
  • Take a deep breath.  Expand your lungs. Unclench your fists hands.  Widen your eyes. Open your mind.  Open you heart.  And trust, believe what we are telling you is true.
  • And then dream bigger, and allow your world to expand.
