On: Got a bad feeling?

By |2021-07-21T22:31:46-04:00July 21st, 2021|English|

Do you want to know the best way to get past a bad feeling as quickly as you can possibly can?

  • Don’t fight it
  • Don’t fear it
  • Don’t ignore it
  • Don’t try and stop it, change it, hide it, or run  from it

Getting mad at it won’t work either.

If you want to get past a bad feeling Dear One, let it come.

And then once you do, let it go again.

The sooner that you let it in, the sooner it can be on its way.

On: Defining self care

By |2021-07-20T23:41:12-04:00July 20th, 2021|English|

What do you think it means to take good care of yourself, Dear One?

Today, unlike most other days, we are not going to share with you what our beliefs are on the subject.

Today, we want you to show us what your beliefs are instead.

So, what does taking good care of yourself look like Dear One?

We’ll be watching.

On: Coming home

By |2021-07-19T21:50:00-04:00July 19th, 2021|English|

It is a glorious thing Dear One to walk in your own shoes, along your own path, that you have laid out for yourself.  There is nothing else like it – that feeling of being right where you want to be.  It is the perfect fit – It is coming home.

Experience has taught you that when you trust yourself and rely on your own inner guidance, intuition, wisdom and hunches to lead you, that you travel in a direction that is conducive to achieving your goals, desires, wishes.   Experience has also taught you that when you ignore your own instincts and blindly follow the advice, guidance and direction of others, regardless of what your heart is telling you, that you end up moving away from those things that you truly want most for yourself.

Chin up — it won’t always be a struggle for you to trust yourself, to know which way your heart is leading you.  With time, patience and practice, practice, practice, you will learn and before you know it, the sound of your own heart will be the loudest one in your head.

When you trust yourself Dear One, enough to always let your own heart have the final say before you take action, you will come to know first hand what it means when someone says home is right where you are, home is where the heart is.

Trust yourself Dear One and you will be home.

On: More or less

By |2021-07-18T23:36:30-04:00July 18th, 2021|English|

What are you thinking about right now, Dear One?

If you want more of it in your life, keep right on thinking about it, focusing on it, giving it your attention.

If you want less of it, we suggest you pick a different thought ASAP.

Yes, your thoughts really are that powerful.

On: Memories

By |2021-07-15T23:32:24-04:00July 15th, 2021|English|

Memories are not necessarily a true reflection of the events of your past, Dear One.  They are more like a picture/a snap shot created in your mind to support a current feeling about an event from your past.

Memories can be beautiful, but they can be damaging as well.  Especially when you assign more value or truth to them then you do the present moment.

You can learn from your memories, but be wary of them as well.  It is the present moment, the now, that has the greatest influence on how you remember something.   Keep this in mind when you attach meaning to an event from long ago.  When you do, more often that not, is it simply a  way of putting a current feeling into a familiar context.

Be wary of giving too much energy to your memories Dear One, as your recollection of them are really much more about the present then you would think.

On: Being comfortable

By |2023-06-06T22:03:57-04:00July 15th, 2021|English|

Our words are not always going to be comforting, Dear One, because comfortable is not what is always going to serve you best.

(But they will always be supportive, encouraging, optimistic and filled with unconditional love.)

Joy is not rooted in comfort.  Joy is rooted in movement, in progress, in forward motion, and most importantly, in growth.

Think about your greatest moments of joy Dear One.  Think about where they came from. Did they originate out of comfort, from comfortable circumstances, or from something else?

It is not our job, our goal, or our intention to make you feel comfortable.

It is our honor, our pleasure, our delight to you to help you grow, to learn, to acquire knowledge, to move forward, to make progress and experience as much joy as you possibly can.

And making you feel comfortable has very little to do with that.

On: Why wait?

By |2021-07-13T21:56:35-04:00July 13th, 2021|English|

You are worthy of great, big, unconditional, uncompromising, all encompassing, forgiving, limitless, boundless, joyful, love Dear One.

And absolutely nothing less.

If you don’t already love yourself this way, we can think of no better time for you to start than right now.

There is nothing that you can or will ever do that will ever make you any more worthy than you are right now.  The simple fact that you exist makes it so.

So, why wait?

On: Lightening up

By |2021-07-13T00:24:23-04:00July 13th, 2021|English|

Now is the time to lighten up, Dear One.

It really is okay to not take it all so seriously – whatever it is – even the really, big, important, seriously scary stuff.

We say this to you not to disrespect, trivialize, dismiss or belittle whatever very difficult, important or challenging situation, circumstance or event you might be dealing with at the moment.

We say this to you to help you to remember that you can choose to approach it, deal with it, and move past it with ease, grace, joy, confidence and levity just as easily as you can with intensity, struggle, stress, drama, fear, and doubt.
