It has more compassion when you are compassionate, more love when you are loving, more tolerance when you are tolerant, more hatred when you hate, and more judgment when you judge.

What do you think the world needs more of today Dear One?

You have a significant and powerful gift, Dear One – The ability to see both the best and the worst in the people around you.

Choose to focus your attention on their best, on their strengths, on their potential, on their possibilities, on their capacity for change, and you will be transforming your view, and therefore your experience of the world.

People tend to do their best to try and live up (or down) to the image of themselves they see reflected back to them through the eyes of those around them.

Choose to look for only the best Dear One, and you will be transforming their view of themselves, and therefore their experience of the world as well.

What is that you believe to be true about yourself, about others, about the world around you, about what’s possible?

If you are not sure, there is an easy way for you to find out.

Stop and take notice.  The people, circumstances and events that surround you are reflecting it back to you, every minute of every day.

You are living your beliefs Dear One, you are living the story you are telling, whether you are conscious of it or not.

If, when you look around, you are not happy with what you see, with what is being reflected back to you, we would like to suggest that before you start exerting a great deal of effort into trying to change what is, that you instead put your effort into telling a different story.  A story that you enjoy, that excites you, that makes you happy.  One filled will beauty, balance, abundance, love, health or whatever else it is that you want more of in your life.

Tell a different story Dear One, change your beliefs, and let the universe do the bulk of the work for you to bring them to life.

Tell a different story and watch as your world transforms around you.

Together we will laugh.

Together we will heal.

Together we will smile and inspire others to do the same.

You are not alone Dear One.  You are never alone.

You will always be more spirit/energy than you are physical.

How do you achieve mastery of your own heart Dear One?

You trust it.

Fear is a powerful attractor.

It serves to concentrate, focus, fixate all of your energy on a single idea, object, scenario or outcome, bringing you into vibrational alignment with it, and therefore inviting it into your reality.

The same can be said about faith, Dear One.

There is nothing wrong with you, Dear One.  You are not broken.  You don’t need to be fixed.

You are simply not making the choices that bring you the greatest amount of joy, laughter, health, comfort, balance, peace, contentment, or connection.

You know what they are.

You know how you feel when you choose them.

You know what to do.

YOU Dear One, who you are, your authentic self, is the greatest gift that you have to give to the world.
