On: Your weakest link

By |2023-06-06T22:03:56-04:00June 29th, 2022|English|

Don’t compartmentalize your life, Dear One. Don’t compartmentalize who you are, or where you think you belong, based on your strengths and weaknesses today.

ALL of you belongs everywhere.

There is no shame in slowing down to accommodate the parts of you that that need more help, that need more nurturing, that need more guidance, that need more attention.  That is where your attention belongs. That is where your attention should be.

You, Dear One, are a whole person.  There is absolutely no benefit to you to choose to sacrifice one part of yourself to support another, to sacrifice a weaker part of yourself to support a stronger part. To press on with your strengths and leave your weaknesses in the dust.

The truth is that it is the reverse of that that will ultimately be to your greatest benefit.
You want to allow the strongest parts of you to protect the weakest. Not the other way around.

Why?  Because those parts of you that are weak now, that are in most need of healing, hold for you the greatest potential for wisdom, for learning, for growth. Hold the greatest potential for adding value to the whole.

You don’t want to banish them in their infancy, Dear One.  You want to nurture them to their full capacity. And then watch, as the tables turn.

Those lessons, those values acquired through learning, through healing, once strengthened, will one day lead the charge by bring up the rear, by healing other parts of you that may fall behind.

In short, take the time to mend the weakest links, Dear One, don’t cut them loose, because in time, doing so, will serve to greatly strengthen and lengthen your chain.

On: Listening to your teachers

By |2022-06-29T01:50:00-04:00June 29th, 2022|English|

Your feelings are your best teachers, Dear One.

Pay attention to them and you will always know if you are in place where you are allowing well-being or if you are resisting it.

When you are feeling good, when you are happy, grateful, joyful, loving, compassionate, graceful, peaceful or content, you are in a state of allowing.

When you are feeling badly, when you are angry, frustrated, jealous, irritated, insecure, resentful, bitter, judgmental, tense, you are in a state of resistance.

In any moment Dear One, you never need to look any farther than your own feelings to figure out if you are moving towards that which you are wanting for yourself or if you are holding yourself apart from it.

On: Going all the way

By |2022-06-28T00:23:22-04:00June 28th, 2022|English|

If you are going to do this, Dear One, if you have made up your mind that you are ready to change, to grow, to embrace something new, to discover what’s next, to expand what you know, to move on from where you are now, you might as well go all the way. Right?

Opening yourself up, opening up your eyes, your heart, your mind, your awareness, your consciousness, your perspective, to a big picture, to the larger reality that you are a part of, is only half of the equation.

Letting go is the other.

Don’t stop now, Dear One.

You’re halfway there.

On: Bracing for the storm

By |2022-06-24T22:47:19-04:00June 24th, 2022|English|

You don’t have to fight the brewing storm, Dear One, or fear it, run from it or hide from it.

There is another option you know.

You can simply allow it to come, and trust yourself enough to know that you can handle it, whatever it may be.

Truth is, your opinion of it, your feelings about it, your actions towards it, your awareness of it, are all feeding it, are all adding to it, are all attracting it towards you Dear One.

If you are giving your attention to it, you are making a contribution to it.  So we would like for you to choose with great intention what you would like that contribution to be.

You can speed it up or slow it down,  you make can make it stronger and more fierce or kinder and gentler, or you can add levity, compassion, calm and peacefulness or you can add anger, fear, confusion and angst.  You can even turn it around or stop it all together if you should choose.

And before you ask, yes, you are that powerful.

On: Finding the strength

By |2022-06-24T00:31:48-04:00June 24th, 2022|English|

Strength is a choice, Dear One.

One that you can make anytime that you would like.
One that is available to you at all times, without exception.

It is not a limited resource within you that you can exhaust, deplete, or run out of, ever.

We just thought that maybe you could use the reminder.

On: A lesson on bravery

By |2022-06-23T00:24:32-04:00June 23rd, 2022|English|

Learning how to be brave, Dear One, is not about learning how to ignore your fears.  It is not about learning how to summon up the courage to push, force, or convince yourself to do something that you are afraid to do, that you don’t think you are capable of doing.

Learning how to be brave is about learning how to listen to and trust that part of yourself that knows exactly what it is that you are capable of, that knows exactly how much you can endure, that knows exactly just how powerful, clever, resilient, valuable, and strong you are, and prioritizing that voice above every other one that is telling you otherwise.

On: What we know that you don’t

By |2022-06-22T01:38:27-04:00June 22nd, 2022|English|

  • What we know that you don’t, Dear One, is the extent to which you are capable of healing yourself.
  • What we know that you don’t is the infinite beauty, power, strength and resiliency of your soul.
  • What we know that you don’t is that you are amazing, powerful, bright, and beautiful, just as you are.
  • What we know that you don’t is just how capable, strong, fierce, caring and compassionate you are, have always been, and always will be.
  • What we know that you don’t is that there is so much more to you than you have allowed yourself to believe, to experience.
  • What we know that you don’t is that everything is going to be ok, that every single thing is going to work out.
  • What we know that you don’t know is that only force in the universe capable of stopping you from accomplishing anything is you.

We know the full extent of what you are capable of. We know just how far you can go.  We know just how wonderful your life could be, if you knew what we know, Dear One.

And now, you know it too.

On: Being overwhelmed

By |2022-06-20T00:05:18-04:00June 20th, 2022|English|

Regardless of how scared you are, Dear One, how out of control, lost or chaotic you feel, how far off course you think you have traveled, you are and will always only ever be one choice, one breath, one thought away from your center.

Always.
