On: What you are

You are blessed, Dear One, even when you are suffering.

You are divine, even when you don’t succeed.

You are a beautiful, even when your body is weak, your skin is blemished, and your heart is broken.

You are precious, even when you are without abundance

You are loved, even when you are alone.

You are what you are, Dear One, and there is absolutely nothing that you can do, there is  absolutely nothing that they can do to you, that is ever going to change that.

On: Feeling like you have no choice

Fear is not a choice, Dear One.

Anger is not a choice either.

Neither is resentment, guilt, hatred, doubt, insecurity, remorse, jealousy, lust, or despair.

They are all feelings.

And feelings do not dictate actions, Dear One.

Your choices do.

On: Solidarity

You are under no obligation, Dear One, to take on/to share in the worries of those around you, of those that you love, of those that you feel connected to – in your home, your community, your nation, and your world.

Doing so is not a sign of respect or support, it is not the mark of a good friend, a good neighbor, or a good citizen.

We will go so far as to say that if your intention is to to be good friend/neighbor/citizen Dear One, then you should NOT take on their worries , you should NOT share in them.  Ever.

In fact, if worry is the only contribution that you feel that you can make to a situation, then you will be doing everyone involved a far greater service by keeping your distance.

Adding more worry will not help to resolve anything, Dear One.  It will not contribute in any way to a solution or bring comfort or relief to any of the parties involved.

If you want to be of service, Dear One, if you want to be supportive, if you want to contribute, be part of the solution, and show that you care, bring something different, bring hope instead.  Bring joy, bring a positive outlook, bring inspiration, bring motivation, bring eggplant parmigiana.

Bring anything that you think will help to shift the energy of the group from a negative point of attraction to a positive one.

On: No BS

The universe has no ego, Dear One — unlike you.

It has no physical, emotional, social, spiritual, or financial agenda for your life either —unlike you.

The universe just tells it like it is, no BS.

You live your life, you make choices, you feel, you create, you vibrate, you send your energy out into the world, and the universe reflects it back to you, objectively, with no judgment, no distortions, no illusions, and no expectations.

The best way to know for sure how you are flowing your energy, Dear One, is not by trying to be more conscious of the way that you feel while you are flowing it, while you are putting it out there (although that is important).  It is by becoming more conscious of how you feel, what you see, and what you get, when the universe reflects it back to you.

On: The company that you keep

You are so keenly aware of, and easily accept the fact, Dear One, that what you eat, contributes significantly to how you feel, and to the health and well-being of your physical body.

But did you know that who you spend time with, the people that you interact with, the company that you keep, has exactly the same impact on your energetic body?

If you could become just as aware and selective of your social consumption as you are of your physical consumption Dear One, it would not take long before your energetic body would restore, regenerate, and strengthen itself in much the same way that your physical body does when it is well cared for.

On: Picking up the pace

Do you want to know the fastest way to get from where you are to where you want to be, Dear One?

Slow down.

Practice patience.

The more focused and centered you are, the more clarity you have, the more intentional your actions, the better you feel, the more effective you will be.

It is hard to feel good, grounded, centered, focused, and move with intention when you are stressed, frustrated, hurried, and rushing.

Practice patience Dear One, move with joy, clarity, and intention rather than speed, and watch as the distance between where you are and where you want to be shrinks at the speed of thought.

On: It’s not them, it’s you

  • You are the only one choosing the thoughts that you think.
  •  You are the only one choosing the actions that you take.
  • You are the only one choosing the beliefs that you hold, the words that you speak, and the attitude with which you approach your life and all of the people in it.

It’s all you, Dear One, not them.

So why not decide that starting today that you are only going to choose the supportive ones, the positive ones, the loving ones, the confident ones, the compassionate, forgiving, and inspired ones that make you feel good instead?

On: Stepping into the unknown

It is understandable, Dear One, for you to fear change, for you to be frightened, nervous, or hesitant about the idea of moving from what is known to what is unknown.

But what if we told you that by moving forward, and embracing change, you would actually be doing the exact opposite.

What if we told you that by pursuing your passions, trusting your instincts, taking the leap, and letting change in, you would be stepping back into a very familiar place, a place that is more you than any other place could be, a place that is made up of the energy that created you, that you were born into, and have spent all of eternity in.

The truth is Dear One, that more you trust yourself, the more you let go, the more you allow yourself to follow your heart and to change, to move from what is known to what is unknown, the more at home you will feel, the more at home you will be.
