On: Letting it be
Life can be a harrowing experience if you let it be, Dear One.
And it can also be filled with joy, love, freedom, relief and bliss if you let…it…be.
As always, the choice is there for you to make.

As always, the choice is there for you to make.
If you relax, Dear One, let go, allow, breathe, trust, smile, and lighten up a little, things in your life will begin to flow a whole lot more smoothly than they are right now.
We know that you know this already, but from where we are standing, it looked as though you could use the reminder.
There are two ways that you can choose to respond to any situation, Dear One:
One defines you as powerless, and the other as powerful.
Which are you going to choose to be today?
What you think of you is so much more important than what they think of you, Dear One.
What they think of you reflects what they think of you.
A lack of confidence in yourself is just an excuse, Dear One, it is not a good enough reason not to try.
Your thoughts set the tone for your day, Dear One.
You get the gist.
Your thoughts (fueled by your beliefs), not only determine the tone of your day, Dear One, they determine your reaction to, experience with, and interpretation of, every, single, thing that happens to you over the course of your entire life.
THAT is why we keep saying to you, change your thoughts and you can change your experience of every, single, thing that follows.
Life is not setting the tone, Dear One. You are.

You are stronger, more powerful, creative, and resilient than you think you are, Dear One.
Why not make today the day that you finally prove it to yourself?
Asking Why? will not improve your circumstances, Dear One, but choosing to focus your attention on something better, can.
You are not here to evolve into a person that is worthy of love, Dear One.
You are already worthy.
You were born that way.
You are here to evolve into a person that knows it.
And we are here to help.
It is OK to miss them, Dear One. It is simply an indication of a space being open now inside of you where once it was filled.
You can choose to hold that space open and keep it void of something new for as long as you want. But you should know that holding open an empty space in a universe that is fluid and full will require a great deal of effort – and could result in a great deal of heartbreak.
But in contrast to this – to missing – know that this space will not remain empty for long, if you don’t want it to. The universe fills spaces. It is one of the things that it does quite well – with elegance, grace and ease. It will fill up the space with something wonderful, if you ask it to, if you will allow it to.
It’s OK to miss Dear One. It’s OK to continue to hold on and remember. But please don’t choose to spend too much time with you attention on the absence of what was.
When you are ready, choose instead to focus you attention on those thoughts, feeling and memories that bring you joy, that make you feel good, that bring a smile to your heart and to your lips. And as you allow your energy to shift, allow yourself to start to get excited about what is yet to come – about what is headed your way – right this very minute. Because If you are looking forward to it with joy, love and excitement in your heart and a smile on your face – you can be sure that when it gets here, it is going to be oh so very good.
