On: Your exhaustion

By |2023-07-20T20:53:52-04:00July 20th, 2023|English|

They are not the reason you are exhausted, Dear One.

You are.  You are exhausting yourself by trying to please them, by choosing to prioritize them and their needs above your own.

They are not the ones to doing this to you.  You are doing this all by yourself, to yourself.

And you can choose to stop doing it anytime that you would like.

On: The price of admission

By |2023-07-19T20:36:18-04:00July 19th, 2023|English|

Sometimes a little turbulence can be the price of admission, Dear One.

When you begin to tread a new path, one that you have never taken before, know that the ground might feel rough, bumpy or uneven to you at first.  It may continue to feel that way until you cross over it a couple of times, clear out a path, make an impression, and become familiar with your new surroundings.

Bumps in the road do not mean that you are going the wrong way.  They do not mean that you have chosen incorrectly, made a wrong turn or that you need to go back.   Sometimes they are just the experiences that come along with going somewhere you have never gone before.

If the road gets bumpy, when you are traveling a path that you felt guided to travel, don’t doubt Dear One, trust, get excited, because the turbulence that you are feeling may very well be the entry point into someplace new.  You just may be on the verge of discovering the very thing that you have been searching for, that you have been asking for.

How do you know for sure?

You listen to your heart, you trust your instincts, you have faith in yourself and all that brought you to this point.

And then, if you should feel so inclined, you leap.

On: Making a choice

By |2023-07-17T22:23:10-04:00July 17th, 2023|English|

You’ve got to make a choice, Dear One.  So why not choose the one that makes you happy?

No matter what the question is, why not choose happiness as your answer?

Why not let happiness be your motivation, above all else?

There is no guarantee that when you do, that things are going to work out the way that you want them to, the way that you are expecting them to.  But, what is guaranteed, Dear One, is that when happiness is guiding you, you can absolutely trust that whatever the outcome is, it will be moving you in a direction that you want to be headed.

On: Teachers

By |2023-07-16T23:48:58-04:00July 16th, 2023|English|

Everyone is a teacher, Dear One.

Everyone around you has something to teach you.

Yes, everyone.

But here is the thing.

The value, the importance, the significance, the impact of the lessons that they have to share with you has practically nothing to do with how good of a teacher they are, and absolutely everything to do with how of good of a student you choose to be.

On: Going it alone

By |2023-07-15T22:36:29-04:00July 15th, 2023|English|

Yes, you are strong Dear One, and you do not need to pretend not to be to ask for help, or support, or for someone to lend a hand, or just keep you company.

Just because you can handle it on your own doesn’t mean that you have to.

If you don’t feel like doing it alone, exercise that strength of yours Dear One, and ask, just because.

On: They are coming

By |2023-07-14T22:37:25-04:00July 14th, 2023|English|

There are monumental opportunities headed your way, Dear One, right now.

While you are busy trying to decide what you want them to be, what they should look like, and whether or not you are ready for them, they are coming anyway.

The only say that you really have in the matter is whether or not you are going to choose to recognize them, acknowledge them,  embrace and accept them when they arrive.

But they are coming, Dear One.  Of that you can be sure. There really is no stopping them.

So, keep an eye out.

On: Pulling yourself together

By |2023-07-13T22:46:43-04:00July 13th, 2023|English|

A piece of you is here, Dear One, and a piece of you is over there.  A piece of you is at your desk.  A piece of you is worrying about a friend.  A piece of you is planning dinner.  A piece of you is getting ready for what’s next, what if, and what could be. And a piece of you is thinking about all of the things that you need to do, want to do, have done but don’t believe that you have done well enough, and so on.

We get it.  You know how to do multiple things at once (or at least try to).  It is a skill that you have been practicing for most of your life with varying degrees of success.

But what if today you tried something new, Dear One?

What if today, instead, you practiced doing only one thing a time?

It is the fastest way we can think of that will help you to pull yourself right back together again.

On: Giving up

By |2023-07-12T23:30:46-04:00July 12th, 2023|English|

Giving up is nothing to feel bad about, Dear One.  Did you know that it’s OK to want to give up from time to time?  That it can actually be good for you?  Giving up is the ultimate form of surrender.

When you have nothing left to lose – when you stop trying – when you stop resisting what is –  when you reach your point of surrender – anything can happen, if you let it.

Surrender does not need to be hopeless, devastating or an indicator of weakness.  It can be intentional, exciting and an indicator of strength. Don’t give up and expect the worst.  Give up and expect the best.  Give up control, fear, remorse, guilt, agitation.  Give up negativity.  Give yourself a break.  Try embracing surrender today and allow something unexpected to happen.

On: Stop holding on

By |2023-07-11T23:38:06-04:00July 11th, 2023|English|

We watch you struggle day after day in your effort to hold-on, Dear One – hold-on to your job, hold-on to your relationships, hold-on to your health, hold-on to your security, hold-on to your control, hold-on to that which you know, understand and trust.

And we ask ourselves why.

Why do you try so hard to hold-on. Dear One when you can let go and float, fly, sail along your path instead?
