On: Smiling and Laughing

By |2023-04-01T22:44:23-04:00April 1st, 2023|English|

Smile, Dear One.  Smile big and smile often because in your smile is an energy that you project to yourself and to the world around you.  Even if no one is around.  Even if no one ever sees it.  Keep smiling.

Laugh.  Laugh out loud every chance that you get.  Don’t hold back.  Laughter is an elixir for you and it really can cure what ails you – because you are never more open then when you are laughing.  It is like standing outside in the rain and trying not to get wet.  That is what laughter is like for healing.  You can’t stand in the rain without getting wet and you can’t laugh without allowing wellness.

Smile and laugh today, Dear One, and you will be doing more for your health than any pill or doctor ever could.

On: One simple truth

That which is for your greatest good today, Dear One, is for you to remember this one simple truth: You are the creator.

Now just let that sink in.

On: Freedom of choice

By |2023-03-30T20:16:54-04:00March 30th, 2023|English|

You have complete freedom of choice, Dear One, when it comes to your thoughts.

You are free to choose to think absolutely any thought that you want to;

  • About you
  • About them
  • About what is
  • About what was
  • About what could be

So remember, if you don’t like the one that you are thinking right now, if it is not bringing you pleasure, joy, contentment, or relief, you are free to choose another.

Your thoughts determine your reality, Dear One, they impact the quality of every single experience that you have, so please don’t be so quick to dismiss the significant power that this freedom affords you.

On: The right thing to do

By |2023-03-30T00:21:46-04:00March 30th, 2023|English|

The right thing to do cannot be determined by thinking it through, Dear One, no matter how much time you dedicate to the task.  Thought will always be limited by experience.

And the right thing to do is rarely the logical choice.  As we are sure that you have learned first hand by now, logic can be grossly deceptive.

If you want to know how to figure out what the right thing for you to do is, Dear One, we’ll tell you.

The right thing for you to do, is always going to be, whatever it is that your heart is telling you to do.

So if you want to save yourself a whole lot of  time, energy, and frustration, just trust it, now.

On: Prudence or fear

By |2023-03-27T23:08:19-04:00March 27th, 2023|English|

Your life can be as big or as small as you want it to be, Dear One.  You decide which with every choice that you make.

You are smart.  You have good instincts.  Trust them.

There is a big difference between prudence and fear – between caution and fear.  You know what the difference is.

Only you can decide which you are going to let guide you and influence you most along your journey.

In those moments when you are hesitant and unsure of what to do next, of what is holding you back, ask yourself; is it prudence or is it fear?

You are the only one who can know for sure.

Big or small, Dear One.  It’s up to you to decide.

On: Your beliefs

By |2023-06-06T22:03:55-04:00March 26th, 2023|English|

You can choose to believe anything that you want, Dear One.

Your beliefs are not like the color of your eyes or the length of your pinky toe.

They are not assigned to you, or determined for you, by genetics or some other external force in the universe, like a parent, a partner, a teacher, or a book.

(Although we know that sometimes it can feel that way)

They are a very personal choice that you make every single day.

And if yours are causing you to feel anything other than strong, empowered, and  good about yourself, please remember that it is well within your power to change them anytime you would like.

On: A little constructive criticism

By |2023-03-24T00:16:56-04:00March 24th, 2023|English|

  • You are powerful creator, Dear One.
  • You are capable of doing anything that you set your mind to
  • You have the ability to heal others, as well as yourself, with your choices, words and actions
  • You have a great capacity for compassion and forgiveness
  • Your life matters
  • Your contributions make an impact
  • You are worthy of great love

Our criticism of you, Dear One, is that you don’t agree with us, you don’t yet believe all of these things to be true about yourself.

And we can assure you, that they most definitely are.

Do you think you could work on that?
