On: Got a bad feeling?

By |2025-10-22T02:02:22-04:00October 22nd, 2025|English|

Do you want to know the best way to get past a bad feeling as quickly as you can possibly can?

  • Don’t fight it
  • Don’t fear it
  • Don’t ignore it
  • Don’t try and stop it, change it, hide it, or run  from it

Getting mad at it won’t work either.

If you want to get past a bad feeling, Dear One, let it come.

And then once it does, let it go again.

The sooner that you do, the sooner you can move on without it.

On: Short and sweet today

By |2025-10-21T00:29:50-04:00October 21st, 2025|English|

Stop reacting and start creating.

Align your thoughts, energy, words, deeds, and beliefs with what you want, Dear One, instead of with what you’ve got.

(Unless you’ve already got what you want. Then, you can simply carry on!)

On: Your support system

By |2025-10-20T00:55:48-04:00October 20th, 2025|English|

Make all of your decisions today, Dear One, as if there was someone standing beside you, holding your hand, encouraging you, supporting you, loving you, adoring you, believing in you, cheering you on every step of the way.

Why?

Because there is.

You have no idea just how big of a support system you’ve got working for you behind the scenes.

Please remember to use them.

On: Jumping hurdles

By |2025-10-19T00:32:04-04:00October 19th, 2025|English|

The energy, action, and effort required to jump a hurdle, cross a barrier, or break down a wall, Dear One, is not the same energy, action, and effort required once you are on the other side of it.

Once you make it over, across, or through, remember to stop jumping, pushing, and swinging for a little while, and enjoy the place where you now find yourself.

Once you are on the other side, it is time for you to relax, allow, and go with the flow of the new space you have just crossed into.

It is of absolutely no benefit to you, Dear One, to keep jumping once you are in the clear.

On: Not doing the right thing

By |2025-10-18T01:19:12-04:00October 18th, 2025|English|

Do yourself a favor, Dear One, and stop trying to do the right thing all the time.

Trust us.  The right thing is not what you want to be doing anyway.

Figuring out what is “right” requires you to be judgmental.  It requires you to look at a person, an event, a situation, and judge it as right or wrong, instead of just accepting it for what it is.

Judgment only serves to disconnect, to cut you off, to separate you from your greatest source of strength, inspiration, and joy — your connection to all that is.

So today, instead of trying to do the right thing, Dear One, why not do better than that for yourself, and do the loving thing, the compassionate thing, the honorable thing, the generous thing, the kind thing, or the joyful thing instead?

On: How to succeed

By |2025-10-16T00:48:51-04:00October 16th, 2025|English|

An artist, painting, writing, sculpting, composing, inventing, sketching, designing a piece of art, Dear One, can make no wrong move, they can make no wrong choice in the creation of their work – because it is theirs.

It can be big or small, round or square, tall or short, fat or thin, loud or soft, fast or slow, red or blue, you get the idea. It doesn’t matter. There is no “right” answer when it comes to creating art. There is only choice and preference.

And the same is true of life – there is no “right” answer when it comes to living your life.

Regardless of your vocation, education, skills, experience, sense of color and style, and ability to carry a tune, you are an artist. And your world, the reality that you perceive, is your canvas.

Today, we are going to encourage you to add to it.

Paint, dance, write, risk, create, try, fail, love, live, laugh, cry, speak up, contribute, experience, Dear One, every chance that you get, knowing that you can’t get it wrong, knowing that you can’t fail.

From our perspective, from where we are sitting, as long as you are creating, as long as you adding to the picture, you are succeeding, you are doing what you have come forth to do.

So pick up your pen, your paintbrush, your chisel, open your eyes, your heart, your mind, your mouth, and get to it.

Create.

Succeed.

On: No comparisons please

By |2025-10-15T00:14:21-04:00October 15th, 2025|English|

Never compare or compete when it comes to matters of the heart, Dear One.

There is no more personal or divine act than coming to you know your own, and then growing to honor and respect it.

You are the only one who will ever truly know it, and you are also the only one who can ever really break it.

To compare your heart to another’s to determine what is right for you, would be as useful as comparing your fingerprints to another’s to determine self-worth.

You are not meant to live up to or down to anyone else’s standards; of beauty, or intelligence, or value, or intimacy, or love, regardless of the nature of your relationship. The standards that are appropriate for you are determined, can only ever be determined, by you and your heart alone.

So please done ever attempt to resolve matters of the heart by comparison.
You, and your divine heart deserve more respect than that.

Look within not around to find all the answers that you’ll ever need.

On: Doing what needs to be done

By |2025-10-14T01:36:25-04:00October 14th, 2025|English|

Scream, if you need to scream, Dear One.

Cry, if you need to cry.

Lie, run, race, compete, prove a point, steal, be petty, be jealous, be mad.

Do, be, say whatever you need to, Dear One.

Just don’t quit today.

Just don’t quit.

^^

On: The path to freedom

By |2025-10-12T01:49:05-04:00October 12th, 2025|English|

If you want to know what freedom feels like, Dear One, if you want to know what it feels like to be free, to fly — you’ve got to be willing to jump.

There is no other way.
