On: When you don’t know the answer

By |2025-06-28T00:24:17-04:00June 28th, 2025|English|

So, you don’t know the answer. Now what?

Relish in the fact that you don’t know the answer, Dear One.
Because it is actually a very good thing.

It means that you are not acting from a place of habit, that you are awake, and that your decision will not be determined by an automatic habitual behavior or pattern.

And this is a very good thing, A great thing actually.

  • Not having the answer is good
  • Not know what to do next is good

Next time this happens to you, try not to sweat it, and try not to “think” about what the answer should be. Try not to turn back to your logical brain to see what habit dictates the answer should be.

  • Allow yourself to “feel” for the answer instead
  • Allow your feelings, your heart, your intuition to guide you instead

And most importantly, trust that there is a very good reason that your logical, habitual brain did not automatically reply, and is asking you to look elsewhere for the answer,  is giving you the opportunity to give your heart a chance to be heard.

On: Navigating your day

By |2025-06-26T00:41:00-04:00June 26th, 2025|English|

In what direction are you traveling today, Dear One?  Which way are you headed?

  • Are you moving closer to that which you want?
  • Are you moving closer to that which you do not want?

Not sure?

Here’s a very simple way for you to figure it out.

Ask yourself this question:

Are you being guided by  your heart, by your hopes, dreams, desires, and a vision of success for yourself as you move through your day, or are your your fears, doubts, uncertainties, and insecurities leading the way?

Your answer will tell you all that you need to know!

On: True Beauty

By |2025-06-25T01:40:01-04:00June 25th, 2025|English|

Beauty is not something that you see with your eyes. Dear One, it is something that you feel with your heart.

So how do you know if what you are looking at, if what you are seeing is truly beautiful, or if it is simply an illusion, a judgment, a product of your imagination?

Close your eyes.

If it disappears, then you know.

On: Being scared

By |2025-06-23T00:37:45-04:00June 23rd, 2025|English|

Remember, Dear One, that regardless of how scared, chaotic, lost, or out of control you feel, that the world feels right now, your center, your home,  is only one slow, deep breath away.

And we are there.

Always.

On: What you can do about it

By |2025-06-22T00:58:50-04:00June 22nd, 2025|English|

Do your choices, thoughts, beliefs, and actions reflect your desires, Dear One?

Do they match up?

  • If you want more joy in your life, are you making choices, thinking thoughts, maintaining beliefs, and taking actions that make you feel joyful?
  • If you want more freedom in your life, are you making choices, thinking thoughts, maintaining beliefs, and taking actions that make you feel free?
  • If you want more love, abundance, peace, or beauty in your life, are you making choices, thinking thoughts, maintaining beliefs, and taking actions that make you feel loved, abundant, peaceful and beautiful?

So now do you see, Dear One?

If what you want, is not what you’ve got, there absolutely IS something you can do about it.

On: Something you CAN control

By |2025-06-21T00:24:49-04:00June 21st, 2025|English|

There are many things in this world that you can’t control, Dear One.

Thankfully, your thoughts are not one of them.

If the thought that you are thinking right now is not making you feel better, is not bringing you joy,  is not offering you some sense of relief, we want to remind you that it is well within your power to choose another.

Some thoughts can be so overwhelming, so all encompassing, so powerful that it can be easy to forget that you are choosing them.

But make no mistake, Dear One, you are.

On: Who’s responsible for this?

By |2025-06-20T01:15:04-04:00June 20th, 2025|English|

Responsibility begins and end with you, Dear One.

  • You are responsible for the company that you keep
  • You are responsible for the work that you do
  • You are responsible for the choices that you make
  • You are responsible for the actions that you take, and don’t take
  • You are responsible for your attitude, opinions, beliefs and responses
  • You are responsible for deciding what is and what is not acceptable to you
  • You are responsible for when you show up, how long  you stay, and when you leave

Just something to keep in mind the next time you find yourself looking around for the responsible party.

On: Memories

By |2025-06-19T00:53:58-04:00June 19th, 2025|English|

Memories are not necessarily a true reflection of the events of your past, Dear One.  They are more like a picture/a snap shot created in your mind to support a current feeling about an event from your past.

Memories can be beautiful, but they can be damaging as well.  Especially when you assign more value or truth to them then you do the present moment.

You can learn from your memories, but be wary of them as well.  It is the present moment, the now, that has the greatest influence on how you remember something.   Keep this in mind when you attach meaning to an event from long ago.  When you do, more often that not, is it simply a  way of putting a current feeling into a familiar context.

Be wary of giving too much energy to your memories Dear One, as your recollection of them are really much more about the present then you might think.
