What do you want to know about your soul’s agenda?
On: Not going with the flow
Remember, Dear One, you don’t have to choose to go with their flow, to get caught up in their energy, to move to their rhythm, to dance to their beat, to take part in their story.
You can if you want to.
You can choose to participate, to get swept up in, to interact with, and respond to their energy if you would like.
And, Dear One… and this is so very important that we want you to pay very close attention to what we are going to tell you next,
…you can also choose not to.
On: Your worth
Just because you may have stopped believing in yourself Dear One, does not mean that you are not worth believing in.
On: Achieving balance
Balance is…
- being indulgent and disciplined
- being strong and vulnerable
- being brave and cautious
- being selfish and generous
- being flexible and committed
- being playful and working hard
Balance is not, Dear One, achieved by standing still on the point in the middle.
On: How to get to know yourself better
Do you want to know one of the best ways for you to get to know yourself better, Dear One?
Slow down, take your time, put in the effort, and get to know them better.
Find out who they really are. Find out what they really feel, think, and believe. Find out why they do what they do and why they say what they say.
Get personal.
By taking the time to get to know the real them, instead of spending your time interacting with some superficial version of who you think they are, you will be tapping into a wealth of information about yourself.
Your feelings about them, your reactions to them, your response to the real them, will reveal a lot to you about the real you.
They are worth the extra time and effort of getting to know better, Dear One, if you believe that you are.
On: Reducing limits
Don’t worry so much, Dear One, about trying to figure out ahead time what might, could, or will happen next.
Because the truth is that you’ll never know for sure.
And that kind of thinking will not save you, keep you safe, or on track anyway.
The only function that it really serves is to limit you.
And for where you are right now, Dear One, the fewer limits that you put on your possibilities, the better off you will be!
So what should you do instead?
The answer to that question is right here.
^^
On: Being alive
Living is choosing, Dear One.
Your life is the choices you make.
So, what are you going to choose to think about, focus on, create, say, write, repeat, do, consume, accept, reject, hate, love, or believe today?
What kind of life are you going to choose for yourself, today?
On: Bad habits
We realize that habits can be convenient. Dear One, real time savers, but if it didn’t serve you well yesterday, or the day before that, or the day before that, what makes you think it is going to serve you well today?
Unhappiness really is much too high a price to pay for the illusion of convenience that comes with thoughtlessly maintaining unhealthy patterns.
We just thought you should know.
On: Hand holding
Take notice of the hands that you are holding onto ,Dear One, the connections that you choose to maintain.
Are they helping you up or holding you down? Are they pulling you back or encouraging you forward? Are they leading you in the direction that best serves you or in the direction that best serves them?
If you are not sure, Dear One, let go for a moment or two (or three or four if you need to) and find out.
It’s important that you know.
On: The key
We can feel your impatience, Dear One, your restlessness, your desire to move on from where you are now, to someplace new, to where you want to be.
We can see you searching, looking, trying, struggling, experimenting, stumbling around looking for the key to the door that you think will get you there.
Well, we’ve got some bad news for you. No matter where you look, no matter how hard you try, no matter much you visualize it, no matter how much you want it, you are never going to find that key, Dear One. Ever.
Why?
Because it doesn’t exist.
The door is already open.
All you need to do is walk through it.
On: What you put into it
Create from an angry, frustrated, stressed out, fearful place, Dear One, and no matter how hard you work, how hard you try, how good your intentions are, the very best that you are ever going to be able to do is create more of the same.
You can’t make an apple pie with peaches.
Make sense?
