What do you want to know about your soul’s agenda?
On: Extinguishing fear
It is only scary before you try, Dear One, before you know.
If you want to move past the fear, you’re going to have to do it, you’re going to have to walk through.
On: Navigating your day
In what direction are you traveling today, Dear One? Which way are you headed?
- Are you moving closer to that which you want?
- Are you moving closer to that which you do not want?
Not sure?
Here’s a very simple way for you to figure it out.
Ask yourself this question; Are you allowing yourself to be guided by your heart, by your hopes, dreams, desires, and a vision of success for yourself, or are you being guided by your fears, doubts, uncertainties, and your insecurities?
Your answer will tell you all that you need to know.
On: It’s your choice to make
Get excited, be excited, Dear One, for the arrival of that which you are wanting most.
Don’t give up on it. Don’t give your attention to its absence. Don’t stand still and wait for it to get here.
Keep moving, keep choosing, keep putting one foot in front of the other, with excitement, anticipation, confidence and certainty – towards it, consciously and enthusiastically holding it as your dominant point of attraction.
OR….
You can choose to move forward with longing, apprehension, worry, doubt, frustration, and fear instead – and make that your dominant point of attraction if you would like.
The choice is yours to make.
On: An alternative to worrying
What if instead of worrying, Dear One, imagining all that you could lose, all that could go wrong, how far you could fall, and just how bad it could get if things don’t work out, you imagined all that you could gain, and all that could go right, how much fun your could have, and just how far you could go if everything worked out perfectly?
On: Reducing conflict
Once you come to the realization, Dear One, that feeling good, being happy, experiencing joy, really is the most important thing, choosing should become a much easier, much less conflicted process for you.
Will today be that day?
We are hoping that it will be.
On: Relieving anxiety
Unfortunately, Dear One, avoidance is not going to help you to relieve your anxiety.
Neither is confrontation, bravery, denial, will-power, brute strength, comradery, or perseverance.
The only thing that is going to do it, that is going to bring you relief for any sustainable length of time is trust, is learning how to trust yourself again.
And how, you might ask, are you suppose to do that?
The same way that you learn how to do anything else.
You practice.
On: An act of bravery
What if you chose with your heart today, Dear One, instead of with your head?
What if you really did it, instead of just thinking about it?
What do you think would happen?
Are you brave enough to find out?
On: Regardless of what’s happening…
Regardless of where you are, Dear One, regardless of what is going on around you, regardless of how you feel, what you look like, what others are saying about you, or what you are saying (or thinking) about yourself, the most powerful thing that you can do for yourself in this moment is something that will make you smile.
On: Keeping your eye on the prize
What you think about, talk about, fixate on, and give your energy and attention to, is what you are going to create more of in your life, Dear One.
In the end, the creation, the outcome, the manifestation of your thoughts, words, energy, and actions will never be more powerful, meaningful, valuable, or have as much of an impact on your life as the experiencing of creating it will.
The prize is not the outcome, Dear One, it is the journey.
And if you are not enjoying it, if you are not engaging with the path, in a way that you love, that you believe in, that means something to you along the way, then you are totally and completely missing the point.
On: Self-worth
There is nothing more toxic, Dear One, then taking action that you believe to be unworthy of you.
There is nothing more cleansing, Dear One, than humility.
