On: Imagine that

Imagine if you can for a moment, Dear One, that you are right on course.  That you know all that you need to know.  That your beliefs serve you.  That you are surrounded by those who will act for your greatest good at every opportunity.

Imagine if you can, Dear one that you are content.  That you are at peace.

Imagine if you can, that you have the confidence to act with confidence, to make decisions confidently, about your work, your relationships, your health, your finances.

THAT is what having faith is, Dear One.  THAT is what having faith can do to your life.  THAT is what living in faith, choosing in faith, and trusting in faith can do.

Imagine that.

On: The learning curve

When you are learning to do something new, Dear One, either by choice or by necessity, you always have options available to you for how you are going to proceed:

  • You can choose to resist and proceed with frustration, resentment, impatience, and regret for the task at hand
  • You can choose to allow, and proceed with excitement, optimism, hope, and an open mind as you approach the challenge before you

You can choose to focus on the work, effort and energy that will be required of you, or you can choose to focus on the many new doors that will open for you a result.

In which direction are you going to lean, Dear One?

Which option do you think is going to serve you best as you learn?

On: You know that you know

There is nothing wrong with you, Dear One.  You are not broken.  You don’t need to be saved, or fixed.

You are simply not making the choices that bring you the greatest amount of joy, laughter, health, comfort, balance, peace, contentment, or connection.

You know what they are.

You know how you feel when you choose them.

You know what to do.

It can be difficult to choose/to pick up that which you want, Dear One, if your hands are already full of that which you do not want.

Make sense?

Know what you have to do next?

On: Beauty

By |2023-04-30T22:32:30-04:00April 30th, 2023|English|

Everyone is looking for/striving for/seeking beauty, Dear One – Every single one of you, without exception

The only problem is that more often than not, so many of you find yourself coming up short, frustrated with your search, not finding what you are looking for – left with the impression that beauty is rare or elusive.  Why?  Because many of you have no idea what beauty really is – so you look in all the wrong places, chase down all the wrong things trying to find it or create it.

Beauty is a feeling, an emotion, an energy.  It is the essence of who you are.  It is a state of openness, a state of trust and allowing, acceptance of the universe, of what is.  It is not flat abs and a shiny full head of hair.  It is not pouty lips, smooth tight skin or perfectly manicured nails .  Those things are all nothing more than limited physical attributes of the body.  True beauty is limitless.

To say that beauty is measured by how one looks – is like saying that intelligence is measured by how one smells.

Your eyes are not the determinant of beauty, Dear One, your heart is.

True beauty is not about how you look – it is about how you see.

Choose to see beauty in everything around you, Dear One and  you will.  It is there. It is built into everything.   As soon as you start looking for it, with your heart, you will find it and be in awe of its abundance.

May we suggest that you start with you.

On: Settling

By |2023-04-29T22:58:40-04:00April 29th, 2023|English|

Don’t settle, Dear One. Never settle.

The universe has placed no cap on your potential – on what you can do, be or have.

There is no reason why you should either.

On: People pleasing

By |2023-04-28T22:07:46-04:00April 28th, 2023|English|

Its time to start enjoying yourself/enjoying life more, Dear One, and stop putting so much effort into trying to please those around you, especially at the expense of your own happiness.

Do things that bring you joy, that make you smile, that make you happy, and you will be in a far greater position to please those around you then you would be when you sacrifice your own well being for theirs.

If you are not happy yourself, Dear One, what could you possibly have to offer anyone else that would be of any real value to them anyway?

On: Lack

Don’t you ever for one second feel badly for the things in your life that you don’t have or that have simply not shown up yet.

That would be like missing the sun when the moon is out.

Don’t miss what is not, Dear One.  Rejoice in what is.
