On: Your new diet
If it isn’t clean, cleansing, or nourishing, Dear One, don’t eat it, don’t take it in.
This applies to every consumable in your life; food, information, energy, and people.
Any questions?

Any questions?
A dark, cloudy day holds just as much potential for you to witness something beautiful, Dear One, as a bright, sunny one does.
You have just conditioned yourself to look for it more in one than in the other.
The trick to overcoming this is simple.
Believe us, and start looking for it in both.
Once you do, once you discover for yourself that what we are telling you is true, your experience of darkness will never be the same again.
If you are hurting today, Dear One, if you are in pain, please remember this; you have come to this place to heal this place.
You did not end up here because you did something wrong. You did not end up here because you are being punished. You did not end up here because you are being tested, tortured, or asked to prove yourself.
You ended up here, Dear One, for one reason and one reason only, because you are being given an opportunity to heal.
So be mindful and proceed gently, lovingly, and with care, remaining open to wisdom, guidance, and healing from potentially anywhere.
You can’t do it all at once, Dear One. And you are not supposed to.
There is a reason that you experience your life one day, one hour, one moment at a time.
So, when inspiration strikes, we implore you to be ready to cut the strings on all of your plans; on all of the other thoughts, tasks, actions, and outcomes that you imagined, that you were committed to, that you saw laid out in front of you, behind you, all around you, and trust THIS moment be it, to be THE moment that matters more.
We are not suggesting that you don’t make plans and do your best to commit to them, that you don’t plant seeds for what you want your future to be. What we are strongly wanting to remind you is not to plan for tomorrow at the expense of today.
When you feel compelled or inspired to do something in the moment, Dear One, to go somewhere, to say something, to create something; trust it, do it, give yourself permission to be flexible, to be spontaneous, to disregard your plans, and temporarily suspend your planting, and go for it.
Why? Because there is a very good reason behind it.
The hunch, the sudden urge, the desire and motivation to go off script that appears to come out of thin air, is not random, haphazard, or coincidental. It is coming up for you, in that moment, for a reason.
Even if, for the life of you, you can’t fathom what that reason could be, do it anyway.
Trust us when we will tell you, that you will. In time, you most definitely will.

Are you any less spiritual, Dear One, when you skip yoga, don’t meditate, pass on the weekly service, don’t make the donation, cut in line, think bad thoughts, do not want to help, or forget to give up your seat on the subway, bus, ferry, or train to the passenger that is older, weaker, needier, or more pregnant than you?
Absolutely, not.
You are a spiritual being no matter what you do.
But it is your belief, your consciousness, your level of acceptance of the fact that you are a part of something larger than yourself, that you are one part of a whole, that you are divine, and are at once a reflection of the world around you as well as the creator of it, that determines your level of awareness of this fact.
You can choose to be a spiritually aware person, Dear One, or you can choose to be a spiritually unaware person. And that choice can change from day to day. But you cannot, not matter what, regardless of what you do, think, say, or believe, choose to be anything other than divine at all times.
You are not meant to already have all of the answers, Dear One.
You are meant to discover them through the experience of living.
That is what you are here for.
So cut yourself a little slack today, okay?
Are you starting to get the idea?
If with one hand you are reaching back, Dear One, holding on to things in your past, and with the other you are reaching out ahead of you, holding on to a vision of your future, is it any wonder that you feel like you are being stretched too thin in the here and now?
You should know, that which is for your greatest good, is and will always be, in the present moment.
The tradition of joining both hands together at your heart for prayer, for meditation, for your daily practice, is meant to be a reminder of this for you.
Be. Here. Now.
Beauty is not something that you see with your eyes. Dear One, it is something that you feel with your heart.
So how do you know if what you are looking at, if what you are seeing is truly beautiful, or if it is simply an illusion, a judgment, a product of your imagination?
Close your eyes.
If it disappears, then you know.
Take notice of the hands that you are holding onto, Dear One, the connections that you choose to maintain.
If you are not sure, Dear One, let go for a little bit and find out.
It’s important that you know.
