Why choose to focus on what is wrong, on what you don’t have, on what you don’t want, or on feeling badly Dear One, when there are so many other more pleasant, pleasing and enjoyable options available to you?

You cannot always control your feelings Dear One.
But you can always choose to think a different thought and change them anytime you would like.
Do you think that you to could make a commitment to yourself today Dear One, to make seeking out, creating, allowing, and experiencing joy your top priority?
Or was there something else more important that you needed to do?
Which would you prefer Dear One:
Choose your answers wisely, because once you do, you are going to have to live the reality of them.
Hiding, shutting down, running away, giving up, playing it safe, or acting out, is not going to protect you Dear One, is not going to lessen the pain, frustration, confusion, discomfort, or lack of abundance in your life, is not going to make it better, or help you in any positive way.
But opening your heart, your mind, your eyes, and your mouth will.
Instead of closing yourself off, open up wide Dear One, wider than you ever have before and let in the light, make room for something new, create a space for something different, for a new possibility, for a new outcome, a better outcome.
Listen to what we are telling you Dear One.
It is the safest, quickest, most effective, efficient, and pleasurable way out of any undesired state or situation there is.
By no means are you required to carry the events, feelings and choices that you made yesterday with you into today Dear One, if you don’t want them here. It is just as easy for you not to do it as it is for you to do it. All that is required is a little bit of awareness, forgiveness, and a willingness to prioritize feeling good over feeling bad.
There is no rule that says that negative feelings need to travel with you from one day to the next. What you take with you into this day is a choice. And since you, and you alone are the only one doing the choosing, then why not make the decision to bring along only the things that you want and let the rest go?
It’s okay. It really is allowed.

Somedays you will be confident, and somedays you will be insecure. Somedays you will feel pretty and somedays you will feel plain. Somedays you will be adored, and somedays you will be lonely. Somedays you will be creative, and somedays you will be dull. Somedays you will be kind, and somedays you will be cruel. Somedays you will do no wrong, and somedays you will do no right.
But know this Dear One, that in this life that is full of contradictions, full of realities that are true one minute and not true the next, one thing will never stop being true, and that is that you will never stop being powerful.
You can never stop being powerful. It is who and what you are.
Now you can choose to use your power to create things that you want in this life, or you can choose to use your power to create things that you despise, or fear, or secretly think that you deserve. But either way Dear One, no matter what, you can never stop being powerful, you can never give your power away, or run out of it, or lose it, or have it taken from you, ever.
You can be tricked into thinking it is gone, you can trick yourself into thinking it is gone too. But regardless of how you feel, what you have been told, or what you believe, you will still be powerful, you will still have the power that creates worlds running through you, at your fingertips, at all times, to do with as you please. You will still be the one with the pen in your hand, writing your story, creating your world, with every thought that you think, word that you speak, action that you take, and belief that you hold in your heart.

You are not here to judge Dear One.
