You know there is a relatively simple solution that can help you to not feel that way anymore.

Instead of focusing your attention on feeling overwhelmed, on all of the things that are overwhelming you, focus it on feeling accomplished, empowered, balanced, peaceful, organized, capable or some other desired emotional state.

We said it was simple Dear One, we never said it was easy.

There are many things in this world that you can’t control Dear One.

Thankfully, your thoughts are not one of them.

If the thought that you are thinking right now is not making you feel better, is not bringing you joy,  is not offering you some sense of relief, we want to remind you that it is well within your power to choose another.

Some thoughts can be so overwhelming, so all encompassing, so powerful that it can be easy to forget that you are choosing them.

But make no mistake Dear One, you are.

When you are hurting Dear One, when you are in pain, please remember this; you have come to this place to heal this place.

You did not end up here because you did something wrong. You did not end up here because you are being punished. You did not end up here because you are being tested, tortured, or asked to prove yourself.

You ended up here Dear One, for one reason and one reason only, because you are being given an opportunity to heal.

Please take it.

  • When you choose your thoughts, only choose ones that empower you and make you feel better
  • When you choose your reactions, only choose ones that serve you and bring you closer to that which you are wanting
  • When you choose your attitude, choose a positive one that will help you see the best in everyone and everything that surrounds you.
  • When you choose your outlook, choose one that is based on the belief that you live in an abundant universe that exists to support you.

That’s how.

Que haríamos sin desafíos? Ellos te empujan, te menean, te doblan y te tiran. Y cuando decides aceptar los desafíos, te motivan! Y ese proceso te presiona a un terreno desconocido, a generar nueva energía, a descubrir soluciones creativas, a conocer nueva gente y al mismo tiempo quizás desconectarte de otras. Generas una pasión y una valentía para lograr hacer algo que nunca hiciste antes, que te ayuda a encarar algo a lo cual le tenías miedo, para crear algo nuevo.

¿Conoces otra manera de motivarte? Es posible hacerlo. Nosotros sabemos que lo puedes lograr, pero….¿lo sabes tú? Si no hubiera ninguna necesidad urgente que amenazara tu confort, tu seguridad, tu orgullo, tu autoestima, ¿te presionarías a motivarte? Se decides que la respuesta es “si”, entonces no necesitarás desafíos para crecer. En vez, el amor, la curiosidad, la pasión, y el deseo de experienciar cambio serán tus motivadores. Ellos te ayudarán a reconocer y enfrentar tus temores diréctamente y te ayudarán a crecer, te mostrarán tus limites y te empujarán mas allá de ellos. Trata de ver a los desafíos como herramientas eficaces y no como estorbos. Si quieres asimilar los cambios con más facilidad y menos trastornos motívate, aún cuando los desafíos no esten presentes. Si le muéstras al universo que estas listo para aprender una manera diferente, el universo te responderá positivamente.

  • Will you choose to let well-being be the dominate force in your life?
  • Will you choose to release old patterns and allow yourself to heal?
  • Will you choose to believe that you can?
  • Will you choose to step forward with confidence?
  • Will you choose to make joy a priority above all else?
  • Will you choose to forgive yourself and them, for your benefit, not for theirs?
  • Will you choose to let go of all of the things that no longer serve you, including negative thoughts, actions, beliefs, and relationships?

We already know that you can do all of these things Dear One.

That is not the question that we are looking for you to answer.

What we really want to know is, will you?

On: What they think of you

When it comes to determining your self-worth, your intrinsic value, your perception of yourself Dear One, all that really matters, all that will ever really matter is what you think of you, is your opinion of yourself.

You can ask them what they think, you can listen to what they have to say, you can try to ascertain their opinion by how they treat you, but we don’t think that it is going to be of much help to you.  Because in reality, what they think of you will only ever matter to you if you agree with them.

We’ll show you what we mean.

We know that you are amazing Dear One, that you are divine, that you are a creative, powerful, and wise soul capable of doing, being or having anything that you want in this life.

And we also know that our telling you this will mean very little to you if you don’t, on some level, already believe us.

You see Dear One, we can understand why you would want to know, why you would want to ask them, why you would want to try and figure it out, but the truth is that their opinion of you really is a meaningless quantifier of who you are and what you are capable of.

So we will say it again, when it comes to determining your self-worth, all that  matters, all that will ever really matter is what you think of you, is your opinion of yourself.
