On: Feeling better about your decisions

By |2017-05-18T14:24:30-04:00May 18th, 2017|English|

If you want to start feeling better about the decisions that you are making in your life Dear One, we have two suggestions for you:

  1. Only make decisions that you feel good about
  2. Stop asking other people what they think of them

Tema: Rendirse

By |2017-05-17T12:28:53-04:00May 17th, 2017|Español|

On: A powerful healing tool

By |2017-05-17T01:39:21-04:00May 17th, 2017|English|

You have a very powerful and potent healing tool available to you at all times Dear One.

One that you can use anytime, anywhere, and under any circumstance.

Do you want to know what that tool is?

It’s words.

Do you want to know how you can use them to heal?

Speak nothing but loving, kind, caring, and compassionate ones when talking about yourself and everyone else around you today, and watch as their magic unfolds.

On: Setting an intention

By |2017-05-16T02:03:10-04:00May 16th, 2017|English|

What are your intentions for the day Dear One?

What is it that you want to create, experience, and put out into the world?  And what is it that you are hoping to get back in return?

It’s an important question for you to answer, consciously, intentionally and from the heart.  Because if you don’t, your ego, habits, old patterns, gut reactions, or that unrelenting voice in your head that thinks it already has all of the answers, is going to answer for you.

And if that happens, what do you think the chances are that you’ll be happy with the response?

On: It’s all in the telling

By |2017-05-14T03:52:52-04:00May 14th, 2017|English|

You are the teller of the story of your life Dear One.  You are the one to decide what kind of story it will be.

You choose (where) YOU want the emphasis to be p-l-a-c-e-d in the telling of it.

  • Do you want to emphasize the parts that you like or the parts that you don’t?  All that you have, or all that you lack?
  • Do you want to tell a story about your strengths or your weaknesses?  About those things that you love, or those things that you hate?
  • Do you want to bring attention to all that you are proud of or those things that you regret most of all?  To the parts of yourself that are hurting or the parts that are healing?
  • Do you want to emphasize your triumphs, your successes, and your victories?  Those moments that you were brave, that you summoned courage that you didn’t think you had? Or those moments that paralyzed you, that paralyze you still, where you gave into fear, resignation or defeat?

What’s it going to be Dear One?

What story are you going to choose to tell yourself today?

On: Making a different choice

By |2023-06-06T22:04:06-04:00May 12th, 2017|English|

Why pray for, hope for, talk about, and seek out change Dear One, if at every possible opportunity to embrace it you choose that which is known to you, that which is comfortable, that which is familiar, that which feels safe, over that which is new, different, unknown, uncertain or unpredictable?

Are you not ready?  Are you afraid? Are you unaware of the fact that the choices you are making are keeping you right where you are?

Praying for, hoping for, talking about change is a great start Dear One, but it’s not enough.

If you are truly ready for change in your life, you’re going to have to remember to choose it.

On: Breathing

By |2017-05-11T03:21:21-04:00May 11th, 2017|English|

  •  Choose what comes in
  • Choose what goes out
  • Choose to hold on
  • Choose to let go
  • Choose what you want more of
  • Choose what you want less of
  • Choose what is worthy of your attention
  • Choose what to ignore
  • Choose what matters
  • Choose what does not

Your choices are the breathe of your life Dear One.

They sustain you. They nourish you.  They replenish or deplete you.

They determine the pace, quality, value, and depth of the days, months and years of your life.

Like your breath Dear One, your choices are more powerful when given the benefit of your full and deliberate attention.

On: What you are up against

By |2017-05-10T02:18:47-04:00May 10th, 2017|English|

What we know Dear One, that you might not, is that the only force in the universe that is capable of preventing you from doing, being, having, accomplishing, creating, or completing anything that you want, is you.

On: What do you believe?

By |2023-06-06T22:04:07-04:00May 9th, 2017|English|

You can choose to believe anything that you want Dear One.

Your beliefs are not like the color of your eyes or the length of your pinky toe.

They are not assigned to you, or determined for you, by genetics or some other external force in the universe, like a parent, a teacher, or a book.

(Although we know that sometimes it can feel that way)

They are a very personal choice that you make every single day.

And if yours are causing you to feel anything other than strong, empowered, and  good about yourself, please remember that it is well within your power to change them anytime you would like.
