On: The facts

By |2022-07-18T00:05:52-04:00July 18th, 2022|English|

Here are the facts, Dear One:

  • You are  loved
  • You are cherished
  • You are  adored
  • You are capable
  • You are absolutely necessary

Carry these facts with you throughout your day, your week, your month, your life.

Make all of your decisions as if there was someone standing beside you, holding your hand, encouraging you, supporting you, loving you, cheering you on every step of the way.

Because there is.

On: Freedom of choice

By |2022-07-17T01:38:36-04:00July 17th, 2022|English|

You have complete freedom of choice, Dear One, when it comes to your thoughts.

You are free to choose to think absolutely any thought that you want to;

  • About you
  • About them
  • About what is
  • About what was
  • About what could be

So remember, if you don’t like the one that you are thinking right now, if it is not bringing you pleasure, joy, contentment, or relief, you are free to choose another.

Your thoughts determine your reality, Dear One, they impact the quality of every single experience that you have, so please don’t be so quick to dismiss the significant power that this freedom affords you.

On: If we were you

By |2022-07-15T00:04:26-04:00July 15th, 2022|English|

If we were you, Dear One, we would not think about, talk about, or give the majority of our energy or attention to the things around us that displeased us, frustrated us, angered us, upset us, caused us discomfort, pain, distress, or pissed us off.

We would instead choose to focus our attention on those things that pleased us, that felt good to us, that brought us joy, pleasure, and happiness, that inspired us, motivated us, and helped us to feel loved, useful, connected and grateful.

We are not suggesting you turn a blind eye to all of your problems, and all the problems in the world around you. We are simply suggesting that you consider the possibility that choosing to focus on their solutions instead would perhaps be a more pleasant and productive use of your time.

You can choose to focus your attention on that which makes you feel badly if you want to, Dear One, but you should know that that would not be the choice that we would make, if we were you.

On: Loyalty

By |2023-06-06T22:03:56-04:00July 14th, 2022|English|

If it didn’t make you happy yesterday, or the day before that, or the day before that, what makes you think it is going to make you happy today, or tomorrow, or the next day?

Unhappiness is much too high of a price to pay for loyalty, Dear One, to a person, idea, concept, community, or belief.

On: Fear of missing out

By |2022-07-13T00:11:00-04:00July 13th, 2022|English|

Don’t worry that you have missed your chance, Dear One, that you have missed out, that you are missing out.

You haven’t.

We promise.

You can’t.

It’s just not possible.

You are the only one who determines what experiences, what opportunities, what relationships you are, and are not meant to have in your life.

If it didn’t happen, if you didn’t choose it, then it was not meant for you.

Don’t regret, worry, or fret over that which you did not choose.

Instead, focus your time, energy, and attention on enjoying that which you did!

And if you find that you have made a choice that you are not enjoying Dear One, accept it, learn from it, and choose again.

On: Setting your own limits

By |2022-07-10T23:45:08-04:00July 10th, 2022|English|

Not now, not then, not ever, Dear One, will you ever be in a position where your options, your choices, your possibilities, are controlled, dictated or determined by anyone other than yourself, at least not without your permission.

Please try to remember that the next time you look around and find yourself feeling as though your options are limited.

On: Them or Me?

By |2022-08-07T00:42:00-04:00July 10th, 2022|English|

Them or Me?

To begin with, this is not actually the right question to be asking, Dear One.

Those are not actually the two options that you are choosing between when you are struggling to figure out which is more important in the moment; taking care of their needs, or taking care of your own.

In actuality, it is not a choice between Them or Me that you are trying to make.
It is a choice between Me or Not Me.

And if you want to know which choice to make, if you want to know which choice will always serve the greatest good, which choice will always serve your greatest good, (which are both always one and the same) we will tell you.

It will always be to choose ME.

Because choosing Not Me can never serve the whole in any positive way.

PS
Making this choice has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with being selfish.

On: Getting a second opinion

By |2022-07-09T00:14:47-04:00July 9th, 2022|English|

Your opinion of you may change from day to day, Dear One, based on how you feel, how you look, what you think, what you’ve done (or didn’t do), how you loved, what words you used, what you ate, how well you performed, etc.

Some day’s you will feel more worthy of love, and some days you will feel less.

But you should know, Dear One, that no matter what, our opinion of you will never change.

Through our eyes, you will always be divine.  Through our eyes, you will always be sacred. Through our eyes you will always be worthy.

So, the next time you are in doubt, the next time you are trying to figure out whether or not you are worthy, of love, of respect, of compassion, of forgiveness, and you are in need of a second opinion, please remember take a minute, and ask for ours.
