On: No cursing

By |2026-07-30T23:53:08-04:00July 30th, 2026|English|

Celebrate, embrace, and take advantage of the contrasts in your life, Dear One, don’t curse them. They are a gift.

Without them you would have absolutely no way of knowing just how far you’ve come or in which direction you were headed.

On: Hand holding

By |2026-07-29T23:39:37-04:00July 29th, 2026|English|

Take notice of the hands that you are holding onto, Dear One, the connections that you choose to maintain.

Are they helping you up or holding you down?  Are they pulling you back or encouraging you forward?  Are they leading you in the direction that best serves you or in the direction that best serves them?

If you are not sure, Dear One, let go for a moment or two (or three or four if you need to) and find out.

It’s important that you know.

On: Don’t force it

By |2026-07-28T23:41:34-04:00July 28th, 2026|English|

You can’t force change, Dear One, upon yourself or anyone else.

You (they) will change only when you (they) are inspired to do so. When you (they) believe that doing so will be to your (their) greatest advantage, to your (their) greatest benefit.

That is why people can and do endure the pain, discomfort and great effort that can sometimes accompany change.

Not because it doesn’t scare them, not because they enjoy the challenge, not because it is easy for them, not because they believe that they should, or have something to prove.

They do it, Dear One, because they know that doing so is going to serve them.

Enduring pain and discomfort on an inspired path to change is an empowering and joyful experience. It builds strength, endurance, and confidence.

Enduring pain and discomfort in the name of change when it is forced upon you, by yourself or by someone else, without a solid belief or knowing that it is for your greatest good, is a depleting experience . It only serves to weaken you, frustrate you, discourage you, and contribute to greater imbalance in your life.

That, Dear One, is why you shouldn’t force it.

On: Being judged

By |2026-07-27T22:32:52-04:00July 27th, 2026|English|

Don’t worry so much about being judged, Dear One.

Don’t worry so much about what they may think of you.

We wouldn’t even give it a second thought.

We wouldn’t even be a little nervous thinking about what they may think of you.

But what should make you nervous, Dear One, is what you think of you; is your opinion of you.

Because if it’s not good, if it’s not positive, if your opinion of you is not wonderful,  if you can’t see in you even a small spark of the divine, and feel some sense of confidence knowing it is there, then their opinion of you is the least of your troubles.

On: Why make the effort?

By |2026-07-27T10:05:42-04:00July 27th, 2026|English|

Why bother doing all that you can, Dear One, when you can get by doing just enough?

Why bother doing the right the thing when no one really seems to care or to even be paying attention?

Why bother trusting, and making the harder, braver, more challenging choice when you’ve got something to lose?

Why bother putting in the extra effort to be thoughtful, generous, loving, persistent, patient, forgiving, and kind when it is not requested, required or expected?

Because what you put out into the world, Dear One, is what you get back.

(Although not necessarily from the same energetic pot that you contributed to, so keep your eyes, ears, and heart open, because it could come back to you in any number of surprisingly unexpected ways.)

That’s why.

On: Doing without

By |2026-07-23T21:06:05-04:00July 23rd, 2026|English|

We want you to have it all, Dear One. We want to you to know it all, and do it all too.

We want you to be happy. We want you to know joy. We want you to know abundance, confidence, excitement, inspiration, awe, affection and love.

We want you to know every pleasure that there is Dear One, from feeling the sand between your toes, to a lover between your thighs, from something sweet on you tongue, to the sweet rush of adrenaline that comes from taking a risk, from trying something new, and everything in-between.

And we want you know it all Dear One, we want you to do it all without fear, without judgment, without guilt, without remorse, without resistance, without doubt, without hesitation, and without question.

Do you think that you can do that?

Do you think that you can allow yourself to enjoy all that there is to enjoy in this life without all of these things?

Are you ready to start doing without?

On: In this moment

By |2026-07-21T22:14:46-04:00July 21st, 2026|English|

In this moment, Dear One, you can choose to love a little more, to be a little kinder, to be braver, to take a chance, to let it go.

You can choose to be confident, to make a different choice, to change your expectations.

You can choose to take better care of yourself, to honor yourself, to respect yourself, to forgive yourself, and to do the same for those around you.

In this moment, Dear One, you can choose the life that you want.

Now will you?

On: A change of heart

By |2026-07-20T18:49:16-04:00July 20th, 2026|English|

Don’t spend your time waiting, pleading, bargaining, trying to convince them to have a change of heart, Dear One.

The only heart that you have the power to change is your own.

On: Lessening your troubles

By |2026-07-19T22:07:07-04:00July 19th, 2026|English|

Are you troubled by what is, Dear One, or by your anticipation of what might, could, may, someday, possibly come to pass?

It is worth taking a moment to figure out, because the answer just may provide you with a great deal of immediate relief.

Are you anticipating less than desirable outcomes, unpleasant circumstances or unwanted results?

If you are going to project yourself into the future via your thoughts, why not project yourself into a future that is pleasant, wonderful, joyous, balanced, prosperous, full of love and that feels good?

If you get to choose the thoughts that you think, which oh by the way you do, why would you choose to imagine yourself anywhere but where it is you really want to be?

Change your thoughts, Dear One, and you just may find that you have much less to be troubled about than you originally thought you did.
