On: Facing your fears

By |2021-12-22T22:57:08-05:00December 22nd, 2021|English|

You know it’s not true, Dear One.  You don’t have to face your fears.  You don’t have to muster up the courage to walk right up to them and stare them down in order to move past them.

There is another way.  You’ve got another choice.

If you are willing, you can simply choose to let them go instead.

On: What do you expect?

By |2021-12-22T01:08:56-05:00December 22nd, 2021|English|

Your expectations are a moving target, Dear One.

They can shift as frequently as your needs….. as your moods.

  • When you need more – you expect more.
  • When you need less – you tend to expect less, and be much more forgiving.

Expectations change – often.  So be careful not to put too much emphasis or importance on having them met.

Eliminate them all together, and you will be eliminating one of the greatest sources of disappointment from your life.

On: A lesson in self-care

By |2021-12-21T00:42:23-05:00December 21st, 2021|English|

Never feel guilty about taking care of yourself, Dear One, for putting yourself first, regardless of what anyone else has to say about it.

Those that give you a hard time just don’t yet understand how vitally important it is for you to do so – for you, for them, and for the rest of the world.

If you are not healthy, happy, balanced, and strong, you will be of little or no use to anyone, including yourself.

Someone’s got to teach them, Dear One.  Someone’s got to show them how it is done.

Why not you?

On: Choosing when you are unsure

By |2021-12-19T23:44:15-05:00December 19th, 2021|English|

When you are unsure, Dear One, about the decision you are about to make, take a minute and ask yourself this question:

  • Will this choice, will this action, will engaging in this relationship, will moving forward in this direction, will investing my energy here, serve my greatest good?

And then don’t think about the answer, listen for it instead, and then you will know.

On: Rushing

By |2021-12-18T23:28:17-05:00December 18th, 2021|English|

It is OK to move quickly through the paces of your life Dear One – but know that it is not necessary.  No great benefit will come to you from rushing.  You will experience no faster advancement along your path.

The only thing that rushing will accomplish is for you to feel hurried in your experiences.  If you like the feeling/the experience of begin hurried, then by all means, you can continue on at this pace.  But, if you would like a more savory experience of your life, slow down.  You will not miss out on anything by doing so.  We promise you that.  But you do run the risk of missing out on much, when you rush.

  • Slow down – take the time to see all of things that you have been racing by – there is unspeakable beauty available to you around every corner
  • Slow down – take the time to get to know someone better – They, like you, are a part of the divine and they just may have the answer that you have been searching for.
  • Slow down – take the time to let yourself fall in love – deeply

You can take it fast, or you can take it slow.  The choice, as always, is yours Dear One.

If it were up to us, we would take our time because we wouldn’t want to miss out on one single thing.  But that is just us.

What are you going to do?

On: Being found

By |2021-12-17T00:28:34-05:00December 17th, 2021|English|

You want to be surrounded by more people who “get you” Dear One?

We’ll tell you how to do it.

Don’t go in search of them.

Reveal more of yourself, reveal more of who you really are to the world in all that you do, and they will find you!

On: Planning for tomorrow

By |2023-06-06T22:03:56-04:00December 15th, 2021|English|

Never stop being amazed by the reality of tomorrow, Dear One, because it is a pretty amazing reality.

The fact that there is space that exists ahead of you – empty, blank space, full of possibility, just waiting for you to do with as you please, just waiting for you to fill it up with everything that you desire – should have you over the moon excited – every single day.

Tomorrow is like the extra space that you leave for yourself in your suitcase when you pack for a trip.   You leave yourself the extra room because you know that you are going to find good stuff when you get there that you going to want to take home with you.

Tomorrow is just like that.  It is the extra space ready to be filled with all of the wonderful,  unexpected treasures that you find along the way.

But here’s the catch – you must remember to leave room for it, Dear One.  You must remember to leave space for yourself when you are packing for your trip – for something new, something unexpected, something wonderful, something different to show up for you.   If you pack your bag to the top, if you plan out every last detail of your day ahead of time, if you cram your schedule full with the known, with the predictable, with the expected – you will be missing out on of the greatest treasures available to you in this lifetime.

So this evening as you are thinking about – planning for – anticipating tomorrow, Dear One – our recommendation to you is this – get excited and pack lightly.

On: Rethinking change

By |2023-06-06T22:03:56-04:00December 14th, 2021|English|

We know that it can  feel  like the act of doing something new, of changing your patterns of behavior, your thoughts, your actions, your habits, your beliefs, your relationships, will require a great deal of effort and struggle for you to achieve Dear One.  But the truth is that movement, progress, change, has, does, and always will require significantly less effort from you than trying to remain in one place ever will.

As you already know very well from experience, trying to stand still in the constantly flowing river of life requires so much more effort than trusting, letting go, and allowing yourself to go with the flow.

So today, we would like you to consider the possibility, Dear One, that you just may have had it backwards — that maybe, just maybe, it is your resistance to change, and not change itself, that is making the process feel so challenging for you.

On: Your spending habits

By |2021-12-14T00:02:15-05:00December 14th, 2021|English|

What you do today matters so much more than what you did yesterday, Dear One.

Your energy, your attention, your effort, your focus, your creativity, your love, will be so much better spent here, rather than there.
