On: Counting your blessings

By |2021-11-13T00:06:42-05:00November 13th, 2021|English|

Today we want you to count your blessings, Dear One.

Why?

Because when you are counting your blessings you are not counting your challenges, your struggles, your heartaches, your disappointments, your fears, your pains, your mistakes, or your losses.

That’s why.

On: Working from the inside out

By |2021-11-11T22:49:48-05:00November 11th, 2021|English|

If you want to create real, enduring, meaningful change in your life, Dear One – you’ve got to work from the inside out.

Doing it any other way will only create frustration, anxiety, worry, and heartache, or generate temporary results at best, a lesson that we are sure that you have already learned through experience by now.

So, how do you do this?

Shift your mindset and prioritize the creation of internal beauty, balance, bliss, and love over the creation of all of the same in your external world, and you will be on your way!

On: A way out

By |2021-11-10T23:20:49-05:00November 10th, 2021|English|

Hiding, staying small, keeping quiet, running away, giving up, playing it safe, or getting angry, is not going to protect you Dear One, is not going to lessen the pain, frustration, confusion, discomfort, or lack of abundance in your life, is not going to serve you in any positive way.

Open your heart, open your mind, open your eyes, open your mouth.

Open up wide Dear One, wider than you ever have before and let in the light, make room for something new, create space for something different, for a new possibility, for a new outcome.

Listen to what we are telling you Dear One.

It is the safest, quickest, most effective and pleasurable route out of any undesired state or situation there is.

On: Picking a direction

By |2021-11-09T22:10:21-05:00November 9th, 2021|English|

It is so much easier to make a decision, Dear One, when you are clear on what it is that you want, on what direction it is that you want to be moving.

Choosing is not meant to be a guessing game.

So, if you are stuck, if you are unclear as to what choice you want to make next, what action you want to take next, how you want to respond, here are a few simple questions to help you to figure it out.

Ask yourself, in this moment:

  • Do you want to love more or less?
  • Do you want to trust more or less?
  • Do you want to connect more or less?
  • Do you want to be more or less compassionate?
  • Do you want to be more or less brave?
  • Do you want to be more or less creative?
  • Do you want to be more or less confident?
  • Do you want to be more or less trustworthy?

Are you ready to choose now Dear One?

On: What went wrong?

By |2021-11-09T00:03:28-05:00November 9th, 2021|English|

So many of you keep asking us and yourselves “What went wrong?”

When things don’t go according to plan, when things don’t turn out as expected, when things don’t go as desired, as you hoped they would, as you wanted them to, as you needed them to, the first thing you very often ask when the dust begins to settle is “What did I do wrong?”

And we can tell you Dear One.  We have the answer to that question.

Here it is:  You did absolutely nothing wrong.

How do we know?  How can we say for sure?

Because there is no such thing as right or wrong. Right or wrong are judgments.  There is only connection or disconnection, allowing or resistance, living your life with an open heart or a closed one.

That is all.

So the next time that things go awry, in a very small inconsequential way, or in a very large and significant way, instead asking yourself “What did I do wrong?”, trying asking yourself this: Did I choose connection or disconnection? Did I choose allowing or resistance? Did I choose with an open heart or a closed one?

Do that Dear One, and what you will end up with will not be a list of judgements against yourself, a list of your faults, mistakes, bad decisions, or weakness.  But you will end up with is a list of insightful, useful, positive, hopeful and actionable solutions instead.

On: Choosing mediocrity

By |2021-11-07T23:00:21-05:00November 7th, 2021|English|

You are the only one that can choose mediocrity for yourself, Dear One.

You are the only one that can choose to settle for less than you want, less than you deserve.

If you want better, you’ve got to choose better.

On: Being patient vs. waiting

By |2023-06-06T22:03:56-04:00November 6th, 2021|English|

Being patient and waiting are two very different things, Dear One.

Patience is an act of allowing, of knowing, of creating, of quiet anticipation.  It is fluid, changing, and constantly in motion.  It is a powerful, empowering, and confident choice that requires your active, conscious participation throughout.

Waiting is a passive act.  It is stagnant.  It lacks action, energy, movement, and active participation.   It can be frustrating, stressful, and emotionally unpredictable.  It is an inert, submissive, and unempowered choice that does not require much of you once the decision to wait has been made.

So when you are in a spot Dear One, where you think that what happens next is totally and completely out of your hands, think again.

You’ve still got one more choice to make.

And a pretty important one at that.

On: Another reason to smile

By |2021-11-06T00:29:39-04:00November 6th, 2021|English|

If you are not already doing so, Dear One, take a minute and smile, right now.

If you can’t come up with a reason why you should, smile anyway, until you can think of one.

Why?

Because it’s the best and quickest way for you to  begin to attract more reasons to you.

On: Are you feeling it?

By |2021-11-04T23:56:44-04:00November 4th, 2021|English|

We are all connected, Dear One; you, we, us, them, source, air, light, water, earth, everything, all of it, all the time.

We are all a part of the same magnificent whole.

You can choose to tell yourself a story of isolation, separation and disconnection if you would like.

Or, you can choose to tell yourself a different story and feel the connection, with anyone, anything, everything, anywhere, anyplace, anytime you would like.

It’s totally and completely up to you.

So, what’s it going to be?

Are you feeling it?

On: How to feel better

By |2021-11-04T01:04:03-04:00November 4th, 2021|English|

Do you want to start feeling better, Dear One, right now?

If so, then follow these 3 simple steps:

  1. Choose a better feeling thought
  2. And then another
  3. And another

*Repeat, as often as is necessary, until desired results are achieved.
