On: An empowered approach to rejection

By |2021-05-25T23:13:56-04:00May 25th, 2021|English|

There are two different ways that you can choose to approach the subject of rejection in your life, Dear One:

  • You can let “them” and their opinion of you be the determining factor in whether or not you feel accepted or rejected.
  • You can make a conscious decision to look for, acknowledge, and release old patterns and old feelings of rejection that already exist within you, that you have been either ignoring or holding on to, so that no one will ever be able to trigger them in you again.

Which sounds like the more empowered approach to you?

On: What’s wrong with the world

By |2021-05-23T23:18:21-04:00May 23rd, 2021|English|

If you want to know what’s wrong with the world, Dear One, and your response to the anger is anger, to the outrage is outrage, to the violence is violence, and to the hatred is hatred, you should know that regardless of how good your intentions are, that you need not look any further than yourself to find the answer.

On: Being alone

By |2021-05-23T00:03:35-04:00May 23rd, 2021|English|

You’ll never really know what it’s like to be totally and completely alone, Dear One.

None of us will – ever. Not you and not we.

We are all connected. We are all one and the same — physical and spirit.  We simply exist on different planes of reality from one another.  And quite clearly even that can not keep us apart.

  • You can choose to tell yourself a story of isolation and disconnection if you would like
  • Or you can choose to feel the connection that you have with all things at all times

That decision is entirely yours.

But of all things that you think you have to be fearful of  in this life, Dear One, being alone should not be one of them – because the truth is, it’s just not possible.

On: How to make it go away

By |2021-05-22T13:16:21-04:00May 21st, 2021|English|

Wishing it away, Dear One, praying for it to disappear, hoping that it will exit your life forever, will not bring you any relief, will not change anything in any meaningful way for the better.

But imagining you life without it will!

Can you see and appreciate the difference?

On: Reducing conflict

By |2021-05-19T23:42:56-04:00May 19th, 2021|English|

Once you come to the realization, Dear One, that feeling good, being happy, experiencing joy, really is the most important thing, choosing should become a much easier, much less conflicted process for you.

Will today be that day?

We are hoping that it will be.

On: Being productive

By |2023-06-06T22:03:57-04:00May 18th, 2021|English|

When in doubt, Dear One, when you don’t what it is that you need to do next to get you to where you want to be, and you are feeling lost, angry, frustrated, or alone as a result, here is what we would like you to do:

  • Go and find a comfortable place and sit
  • Allow yourself to get calm and still and comfortable
  • Pick a thought, any thought, that makes you feel better, and think it
  • Keep thinking that thought until you start to feel better, even if it is only just a little bit
  • Then pick another thought that makes you happy
  • Keep thinking that thought until it makes you smile
  • And once you are smiling Dear One, once you sitting comfortably, calm, still and smiling, we want you to stay in that spot and continue to do so for as long as you possible can.

That is all.

Because with a happy thought in your head Dear One, and a smile on your lips, there is little else that you could do that would be more helpful, more useful, more effective, or more productive towards attracting to you everything that you are wanting for yourself.

On: Why you should never settle

By |2021-05-17T23:27:47-04:00May 17th, 2021|English|

Don’t settle, Dear One. No matter what. Regardless of the circumstances. Never, ever, settle.

Why not?

Because the universe has placed no cap on your potential – on what you can do, be or have – on just how far you can go.

So there is absolutely no good reason why you should either.

On: Exerting your power

By |2021-05-17T00:02:01-04:00May 17th, 2021|English|

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can say, Dear One, is I’m sorry.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can be, is forgiving.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do, is let go.
