On: The learning process

By |2023-06-06T22:04:00-04:00August 9th, 2020|English|

Learning is a process Dear One.

Don’t feel badly or beat yourself up about that which you did not know, or could not see yesterday.  Instead feel good about and celebrate all that you do know, and all that you can see today.

Be gentle, loving, kind and forgiving of yourself as you experience, grow, and progress along your path.

Learn from your past “mistakes” instead of judging them and you will most certainly end this day smarter than when you started it.  Be consistent in this practice and you will be smarter still tomorrow.

P.S.

The same holds true for those around you.   So try to remember to be gentle, loving, kind and forgiving of them while they are learning too.

On: A sacred union

By |2020-08-07T23:28:46-04:00August 7th, 2020|English|

Love is a choice Dear One.

The experience of it, the giving and receiving of it, does not just happen. You have to choose it, you have to choose to open yourself up to it, to allow it.

When two people make the decision to choose to experience it together, to give and receive it openly, freely, and confidently, to open themselves up to an experience of the divine and let love flow to them and through them, that is a sacred act, that is an example of a sacred union; a merging of you, them and the energy of all that is.

A holy man, a place of worship, a ritual, a doctrine, a document or a vow is not the force that makes the union sacred Dear One; you are.

On: Growing pains

By |2023-06-06T22:04:00-04:00August 6th, 2020|English|

You don’t only hurt when you are injured Dear One. You don’t only feel discomfort when something is broken.

Sometimes you hurt because you are in a space that no longer fits you, that is too small for you, that you have outgrown.

This may be one of those times.

How do you know?  If you believe that feeling better will require you to move backwards, to undo something that has already been been done, to take back something that has already been said, you know.

If that is the case Dear One, don’t try and fix it.  Don’t try to stop it, bandage it or cure it.  Don’t spend your time running around looking for a remedy that will help you to restore what was, that will allow you to move yourself back into the place that you were before, back into that space that felt safe, familiar and comfortable to you.

You don’t belong there anymore.

Just let it be.  Allow yourself to feel the unease, to feel the tension, to feel the discomfort that comes from being in a place that doesn’t fit.  Allow it to inspire within you a desire to move forward, from where you are now to someplace new, to someplace larger, more spacious and wide open.

And then when that inspiration strikes Dear One, when you see an opportunity that will allow you to move ahead instead of back, take it.

Yes, sometimes you hurt because you are injured and you need to retreat, rest, and allow what was to be restored.

But only you can know for sure Dear One, if now is really one of those times.

On: It’s completely up to you

By |2020-08-05T23:58:01-04:00August 5th, 2020|English|

This is your life Dear One.

  • Love it
  • Hate it
  • Enjoy it
  • Waste it
  • Share it
  • Expand it
  • Embrace it
  • Fear it
  • Trust it
  • Celebrate it
  • Worry it away

Whatever you choose to do with it, is totally and completely up to you.

On: Your daily requirements

By |2020-08-03T23:04:35-04:00August 3rd, 2020|English|

The day does not require you to be brilliant, funny, witty, charming, or thin Dear One.

It does not require you be as good as, or better than anyone else.

It does not even require that you be as good as or better than you were yesterday.

The only thing that it requires Dear One, is that you be you, and do the best that you can do, today.

On: Your support system

By |2020-08-03T07:51:11-04:00August 2nd, 2020|English|

Make all of your decisions today, Dear One, as if there was someone standing beside you, holding your hand, encouraging you, supporting you, loving you, adoring you, believing in you, cheering you on every step of the way.

Why?

Because there is.

You have no idea just how big of a support system you’ve got working for you behind the scenes.

Please remember to use them.

On: Being pushed

By |2020-08-02T00:02:31-04:00August 2nd, 2020|English|

Leaping and being pushed are two completely different experiences Dear One.

A friend that encourages you to leap is a good friend indeed.

A friend that pushes you over the edge, with or without your consent, is no friend at all.

When exiting a comfort zone Dear One, you should always do so by choice, by your own free will.

Leaping and being pushed do not both land you in the same place.

Remember that.

On: Determining the course of the rest of your life

By |2020-07-31T22:08:05-04:00July 31st, 2020|English|

Do you believe yourself to be a victim of the circumstances of your life Dear One, or the creator of them?

Take a minute to think about it before you answer, because your reply will pretty much determine the course of the rest of your day, your week, your month, your year, your life.

On: Making history

By |2020-07-30T23:47:41-04:00July 30th, 2020|English|

You are the author of your life, Dear One.

You are the one writing your own history everyday.

You are the only one who gets to decide what kind of story it will be.

So what kind of history do you want to write for yourself today?

  • Do you want to write a story about joy, love, compassion, bravery, or connection?   About creativity, taking a risk, forgiveness, patience or perseverance?
  • Or do you want to write a story about fear, guilt, getting by, playing it safe or making excuses?  About jealousy, anger, ego, hatred, frustration or giving up?

You’ve got complete creative freedom Dear One.

Write yourself well!
