On: Solidarity

You are under no obligation Dear One, to take on/to share in the worries of those around you, of those that you love, of those that you feel connected to – in your home, your community, your nation, and your world.

Doing so is not a sign of respect or support, it is not the mark of a good friend, a good neighbor, or a good citizen.

We will go so far as to say that if your intention is to to be good friend/neighbor/citizen Dear One, then you should NOT take on their worries , you should NOT share in them.  Ever.

In fact, if worry is the only contribution that you feel that you can make to a situation, then you will be doing everyone involved a far greater service by keeping your distance.

Adding more worry will not help it to resolve anything Dear One.  It will not contribute in any way to a solution or bring comfort or relief to any of the parties involved.

If you want to be of service Dear One, if you want to be supportive, if you want to contribute, be part of the solution, and show that you care, bring something different, bring hope instead.  Bring joy, bring a positive outlook, bring inspiration, bring motivation, bring eggplant parmigiana.

Bring anything that you think will help to shift the energy of the group from a negative point of attraction to a positive one.

On: Being spiritual

By |2023-06-06T22:04:00-04:00April 11th, 2020|English|

Are you any less spiritual Dear One, when you skip yoga, don’t meditate, pass on the weekly service, don’t make the donation, cut in line, think bad thoughts, do not want to help, or forget to give up your seat on the subway, bus, ferry, or train to the passenger that is older, weaker, needier, or more pregnant than you?

Absolutely, not.

You are a spiritual being no matter what you do.

But it is your belief, your consciousness, your level of acceptance of the fact that you are a part of something larger than yourself, that you are one part of a whole, that you are divine, and are at once a reflection of the world around you as well as the creator of it, that determines your level of awareness of this fact.

You can choose to be a spiritually aware person Dear One, or you can choose to be a spiritually unaware person, and that choice can change from day to day, but you cannot, not matter what, regardless of what you do, think, say, or believe, choose to be anything other than divine at all times.

On: Reducing your suffering

By |2020-04-09T23:53:33-04:00April 9th, 2020|English|

If your goal is to extend your suffering Dear One, to make it worse, add to it, expand upon it, and invite as many people as you possible can to join you in it, then by all means keep talking about it, beating yourself up about it, focusing on it, and judging yourself harshly for whatever it is that you believe that you have done or have had done to you.

But, if what you want is find relief, heal from it, improve upon it, distance yourself from it, change it for the better, move past it, and in every way possible, get over it as quickly as you possibly can, then you’re going to want to stop doing all of those things and choose positive, loving, compassionate, hopeful and forgiving thoughts, feelings, and behaviors instead.

On: Making connections

By |2020-04-09T12:51:08-04:00April 8th, 2020|English|

To connect or not to connect.

That is a choice that is available to you in each and every moment of your day Dear One.

Source, God, spirit, energy, light, life force, prana, Qi, whatever you should choose to call it, is available to you, to all of you, in limitless quantities, equally, at all times, without exception.

The frequency, quality, depth, and intensity, of your connection to it has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with us, them, or it, and absolutely everything to do with you, and your desire and willingness to be open to it.

To connect or not to connect.

That is the question.

Now you tell us Dear One….What is your answer going to be?

On: What to trust in

By |2023-06-06T22:04:00-04:00April 7th, 2020|English|

When we ask you to trust Dear One, many of you ask; What is it that you want us trust in?

Well, we will tell you.

We want you to trust in well-being, in a universe dominated by well-being.

We want you to trust that well-being is not something that you must work to create for yourself, but something that you must learn to allow for yourself.

We want you to trust that when you let go of negativity, that when you stop trying to control the outcome of every single experience, situation, and relationship, that when you stop taking a defensive stance against life, that well-being, balance, abundance, joy, love, light, laughter, and renewal will rush in to take its place.

That would be a really good place to start.

[On a personal note: This post is a response to a question sent to me this afternoon.  If you who asked the question would like to discuss this further, please reach out to me, anytime. I would love to talk more about it.]

On: The possibility of a miracle today

By |2020-04-06T00:32:54-04:00April 6th, 2020|English|

When you wake up each morning, Dear One, there are infinite possibilities available to you.  And these possibilities diminish only when you choose to dismiss them.  Only when you decide that something is impossible does it become impossible.

The truth is that anything is possible.  It is in large part a matter of belief that allows everything into your reality.

First you must believe, and then you will see.

So, don’t expect miracles to show up in your day if you don’t’ believe in them.  Expect reality, and you won’t be disappointed.  Expecting a miracle can be a very difficult thing to do if you don’t believe.  Expecting reality is much simpler, and much more logical thing to do.

But, if your belief of reality is that anything is possible, well then…..

See what you expect.  Expect more than what you see.  This is the key to creation.

On: How to pull yourself together

By |2020-04-03T23:29:41-04:00April 3rd, 2020|English|

A piece of you is here Dear One, and a piece of you is over there.  A piece of you is at your desk.  A piece of you is worrying about a friend.  A piece of you is planning dinner.  A piece of you is getting ready for what’s next, what if, and what could be. And a piece of you is thinking about all of the things that you need to do, want to do, have done but don’t believe that you have done well enough, and so on.

We get it.  You know how to do multiple things at once (or at least try to).  It is a skill that you have been practicing for most of your life with varing degress of success.

But what if today you tried something new Dear One?

What if today, instead, you practiced doing only one thing a time?

It is the fastest way we can think of that will help you to pull yourself right back together again.
