Yes, the best way to learn is through experience Dear One.
But you don’t need to drink the poison to know that it will kill you.
Be adventurous. Be Daring. Take a chance. Try something new. Risk it. Live.
All the while remembering that you were given intuition, knowledge, and wisdom for a reason.
So don’t forget to use them.
Just because you may have stopped believing in yourself Dear One, does not mean that you are not worth believing in.
Step out onto the field today as a pitcher instead of a catcher Dear One, and watch how your perspective of the whole game changes right before your eyes.
There is no such thing as impossible Dear One. There are only those things that you have not yet seen come to pass.
There is a huge difference between never and not yet.
Practice saying “not yet” instead of “never” and everything changes.
Never closes doors.
Not yet blows them wide open.
Shift your attention from that which is unwanted, that which is making you unhappy, that which is causing you pain, stress, and bringing you down, to that which is wanted, that which is desired, to that which makes you feel good, brings you joy, and makes you happy.
But proceed with caution when you do Dear One. The results of doing so could be dramatic and intense.
You just might find yourself feeling significantly and profoundly better almost immediately.
You’ve been warned.
Guidance, source, spirit, light, is always with you Dear One, it is always available to you.
You are a part of it and it is a part of you. It is within and around you at all times. You are swimming in it. You came from it and you will return to it.
You can choose not to acknowledge it. You can choose to resist it. You can choose to tell stories that support an illusion of disconnection from it.
But you can never be without it.
So if you are looking for it Dear One, just know that you don’t have to look very far.
You are not lost, damaged or broken Dear One. You have not traveled so far off course that you need to be concerned that you will not be able to find your way back.
We want to assure you that there is nothing fundamentally wrong with you – you are not out of order – you do not need to be “fixed”.
(But we can understand why it is that you might be feeling that way)
When you stop prioritizing those things in your life that bring you the greatest amount of joy, healing, comfort, support, relief, satisfaction or pleasure – it should be of no surprise that you are left not feeling your best.
You don’t need to worry about it Dear One. You simply need to decide to start choosing differently.
Once you do, we think you will be pleasantly surprised to discover just how quickly things can snap right back into place.
When you are unsure Dear One, about the decision you are about to make, take a minute and ask yourself this question:
And then don’t think about the answer, listen for it instead, and then you will know.
When your behaviors are no longer serving you Dear One, when they stop yielding the desired results, when your actions are no longer in alignment with your thoughts, feelings,
and desires – don’t start doubting yourself, your choices, your abilities, or your judgment. Don’t get angry, frustrated, or hopeless. Don’t start looking for something or someone to blame.
Instead, try remembering that life is constantly changing, and so are you.
If the beliefs, routines, rituals, patterns and behaviors that brought you comfort, security, health, relief and joy yesterday, do not do so today – it may simply be time to change them.
It’s your life Dear One.
